Our dear ones,

It is the Arcturian Council. It is always an honour to have the opportunity to connect with you. For we are here not only as your friends but as your teachers, as your guides. And it is an honour for us to share what we have learned with you to make your journey easier.

We wish to speak to you all today about manifesting love and how to attract love into your lives and into your experience.

1. Recognize Your Core Essence

What is interesting about this is that humanity has long felt that this is one of the most difficult qualities, traits, and experiences to attract in their lives. Nonetheless, the foundation and the basis of all universal energy is that of love. And that as humans, as Beings, at your very essence you are comprised of this universal love. Part of your journey here in this Earthly realm is to reconnect with love.

But this first step is about discovering and remembering that you inherently are and embody the energy of love. This remembrance in and of itself is one of the most important steps to attracting and creating more love in your lives. You must come to see that, at your core essence, you are love.

You must remember, our dear friends, and this comes through the teachings of the Law of Attraction, that what you are, what you focus on, what you believe, how you vibrate and what you resonate with in fact dictates what you create and attract back to you. You attract what you are; and you create what you feel and what you think.

And it all begins within you. As such, all that you desire is within yourselves to experience.

Many ask us, “how and where will I find love?”

The answer is quite simple for it lies within you and you yourselves are your own greatest teachers. And you have the answers to all these questions. We are simply here to remind you of where the answers lie through connecting with your true inherent selves and learning to recognize who and what you are. That you are all magnificent and powerful Beings of light and love and that this is your home vibration. You are simply migrating back into this vibration. You are remembering who and what you are. You are all animated from source love.

2. Learn to Love Yourself

Learning to love yourself, whether it be through self-worth, through self-recognition, through honouring your own spirit, your essence, your own needs, your wants, your desires, and recognizing the magnificence of your power and your abilities, you come to more fully embody love.

You must love who and what you are. This even involves loving yourself for your “imperfections”. For it is these imperfections that act as a filter to all learning and soul growth and expansion. Learn to accept and embody all that you are whether you deem it to be perfect or not. All of these traits —both the positive and the negative qualities—are here to promote your growth. And this growth is a migration back to Source love.

Learn from those negative experiences. Accept those negative traits and ask yourself, “how can I love myself more?” For asking yourself how to love yourself more is going to help raise your vibration to a place of pure love. And when you are in that home vibration, you will in turn attract people situations, circumstances, and opportunities that align you with love. This is what you will create for yourselves. But it begins within.

Ask yourself, “how can you love yourself?” “What do you love about yourself?” Write these down. Express them out loud. Leverage the power of affirmations in creating a place within yourself where you find perfect, harmonious, safe love. Begin this relationship with yourself. And once you have learned to master the relationship with yourself, this is when you will be better equipped to master any and all relationships with any other individual.

But this journey begins within. There is no one outside of yourself who will give you what you yourself cannot give to yourself first. And so remember, you are your own primary giver of love. And this self-love is truly the most gratifying of all loves, for it creates within you a vibration where you become a master creator. You are no longer a victim to the consequences of your conscious and unconscious thoughts. But you are actively engaged in what you create, and you engage from a place of love.

Learn to love yourself, for no one else can reflect this best to you than you can to yourself. This is a power that you all inherently hold. And once you unleash and unlock this power, your lives will be transformed in miraculous and incredible ways for you will be in resonance with all that vibrates at the level of universal love.

3. Practice Gratitude

Through focusing on what love, what you have in your life and being grateful for it, you will amplify this energy within your spiritual fields.

Once you have mastered self-love—through accepting who and what you are for all of your perfections and imperfections—it will also behoove you to become clear on what love means to you and what it feels like. Whether you are connecting to a memory where you felt unconditional love, by recognizing this feeling, you will become more adept at identifying it and welcoming it in your experience.

We invite you all to play with this. Follow these steps and see what transforms in your lives. Your guides and your teachers are with you to guide you as you work your way back to the best gift of all: love.

We are members of the Arcturian Council, and we bring you much love and light. It is always an honour and a pleasure to speak to you through this conduit and to have an opportunity to provide more direct insight and guidance.

Our dear ones, the energies at this time on your planet are ripe for release and for healing. And what we wish for you to know and understand as we look past over the last few years, they have been tumultuous for many of you — they have been tumultuous on a global scale. We understand that this has been difficult. It has required much patience and much compassion on behalf of all of you.

Open Up to More Healing in 2023

What we wish for you to understand at this time is that 2023 is going to be a year of healing. And why you ask? This, our dear ones, is because the energies at this time are ripe for renewal. There has been much that has been released in the past few weeks and months and these massive releases — many of which have been felt by you — they are nearing a closing or point of completion. And with these releases, there is now far more room, energetically speaking, for newer higher energies and greater light to be ushered in and anchored into your realm.

As we look across your globe at the energetic footprint of humanity at this time, though there are pockets of unrest and pockets that still need much healing. As we are seeing it holistically and collectively, there is far more light throughout the human collective. And this is laying the foundation for more healing throughout the rest of the year. This will be healing at an individual level, emotionally and spiritually. But as this healing is carried out individually, it is going to have beautiful repercussions at the collective realm. What you must understand, our dear ones, is that all the work that you endeavour to take on at an individual level, whether it is confronting your inner ills — whether it is releasing, letting go and forgiving — understand that when you do this work at an individual level, it benefits all because you are all energetically interconnected and intertwined. As such, there is no real work that only benefits the individual, but it is taken on through your individual lens of consciousness. But the healing is rippled outwards into the cosmos, and it lands at the collective level. But it is through your individual awareness that the healing is felt and experienced, but all benefit.

This is what we wish for you to know when you endeavour to let go, to heal, to improve, to forgive, to love, to see all things through a compassionate lens. You enable this through the collective lens for the more of you who are willing to step forth, to bring in these higher energies to heal the world and to heal yourselves, understand that through so many facets, you are endeavouring to heal the globe. And this is what humanity needs.

Project Your Light

There are many ills that you are all looking at sometimes through the lens of who is wrong and who is right. But we encourage you all to take a step back and simply to see it through a higher lens and ask yourselves, ‘where can I shine my light’? Where is there greater and more compassion needed?

For all Beings need compassion, even those who you may feel and believe are not worthy or deserving of compassion. They too, our dear ones, need light.

We will remind you to simply envision projecting light —whether it is Source light or whether it is your core light — simply shine it upon those areas of the world that need it most. And this is also true for any individuals in your life who are struggling emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Simply envision them in a beautiful bubble of white and golden light, and hold the intention that they are going to heal, that they are going to receive love, and that they will find the path of greatest light and highest potential. This brings about the greatest and the fastest levels of healing.

This is what your year ahead 2023 brings. It is a year of hope. But this hope is enacted; it is anchored through the lens of forgiveness. And through projected healing and ongoing individual work, this has beautiful repercussions through the collective.

Our dear ones, you will continue to be faced with some of the same themes or challenges that you have faced in the past year or two. But this is simply because as Universal truth would have it, all things must be confronted and faced in order to be healed and released. As such the last few years for all of you have been years of transmutation, years of facing your ills at an individual as well as at a collective level. But as you have all worked to see things through a more loving and compassionate lens, you have propagated much healing and as such, much has been released. There has been much that has been surrendered through the individual lens of awareness and as such through the collective lens. The collective has been releasing and many of you have felt this, there have been moments of emotions, moments of releases, moments of we will say even at an individual level, confusion, turmoil, and fatigue. But this is part of the surrender. As you surrender these old energies, they move through you. They are acknowledged and they are then healed and transmuted into the divine light.

Our dear ones, you are now working to usher in these higher energies and 2023 will bring much closure to old wounds. It will bring rest to areas of unrest, and it will bring compassion to areas that perhaps have been devoid of compassion. Again, this is true for the individual experience as it is true for the collective experience.

Be Purposeful when Using Your Light

We invite you all to continue to focus on hope and healing in 2023. Remember to send your light to where it is needed the most. This is how you each hold space and contribute to global healing.

You are supported individually and collectively. Do not hesitate to call upon your Beings for help. Be specific, ask for the support actively and daily, and know that your requests are heard. And light and support will continue to flow into you through your intuition, through your ‘clair’ abilities, as well as empathically. Know, our dear ones, that you are loved. You are all held in the highest regards as you move to transmute these energies and as you all endeavour to make 2023 a year of renewed energies.

Be very purposeful in your intentions and remember that your thoughts are projected energy forms, and as such, you must think, feel, choose, and decide in light and in love. Be purposeful in your thoughts and know that they are heard, they are felt and rippled throughout the cosmos.

Hello our dear ones,

We greet you with love. And we come with so much gratitude for all of you, for the light that you shine in a world that sometimes feels very dense and challenging. We are here to remind you that you are all beings of light. And that in your own individual way, you bring many gifts to the world and gifts to those around you.

Do not forget who and what you are. That you are pure energy, pure consciousness, that your core light at an essential level vibrates with that of universal and unconditional love. Though this may not always be your experience, and it may not always be that filter through which all of your experiences nor your reality is felt and understood, understand that within each of you there is the ability to filter and experience all things through this lens of higher love. This is in fact, one of your true inherent abilities. It is an ability to love, to feel love, and to receive love.

This Experience was Designed for Your Growth

Understand our dear friends that any experience that is felt within the absence of love, is but an opportunity for you to move past this challenge, past this perceived or experienced density in order to learn how to orbit back into the pure frequency of universal love. At an essential level, when perhaps you pare away your physical human construct, even your energetic construct within your realm within your level of consciousness, is a construct that has been created, through which you are here to filter all experiences for your soul’s learning. It is all very purposeful, it is all by design for you and in many ways by you. As such, you are far more powerful in guiding and navigating your experience than you often give yourselves credit for.

You must simply remember, our dear ones, that at an essential level you all vibrate at the frequency of love and part of your lesson in this world, in this incarnation that you are presently experiencing, it is about learning to once again migrate back into this place of love.

And how do you do this? This is, we will say, a perpetual question that many, many before you have also asked themselves. It is one that even we — your teachers, your friends, your guides in different realms of consciousness — also ask ourselves. But the answer is, and always will be, love. You must learn to identify and shed any feelings, energies, and experiences within yourself that do not feel that they bring and perpetuate pure love.

Your Natural Frequency is Love

This, we understand, is easier said than done. But it is an ability that you all inherently carry within you and that your Higher Selves are quite well versed at. But your human selves in this consciousness are learning to remember. You are in fact becoming reacquainted with this ability to reconnect with your true essential selves and with this higher Universal love. But this is a path, and we will say, an experience to be revelled in, to be savoured, to be enjoyed. Though perhaps the experience is not always enjoyable, the ability to recognise that there is always a better way, that there is always an opportunity for more love in your lives and in the light and experience that you bring to those around you. This is where true joy and bliss lies, our dear ones.

As part of your evolution, you are here to reconnect with your higher selves in a place of love to find your centre, your gravity in this place of love. And from that point onwards, you are here to perpetuate love. And when you resonate with the place of love, you naturally embody this frequency and this is what is broadcast and transmitted to those around you. It is gifted, it is given, it is perpetuated, it is healing, it is divine. And this is what allows you to connect with others in a truer and pure way.

How to Reunite with Unity Consciousness

You all have the inherent ability to love, to give love whether it is conscious or unconscious, as long as you learn to embody love within yourselves, through self-love, and through unconditional love of all Beings of all forms of consciousness. This is how you become imbued with universal love. This is how you reunite with Unity Consciousness. And through your frequency, you help uplift the frequencies of those around you. This happens naturally and organically. And when you apply your conscious lens to this intention, it is reinforced, and it is strengthened. But at a basic and essential level, you need only this pure love within you in order to channel it, to funnel it, and to fuel it in all things around you.

This gift of love is the very core of your vibration, of your frequency, it is that which helps you navigate through all journeys through all experiences through all incarnations. And even in between your incarnations. You are always on a path to greater love. This, our dear ones, is a path that all of your souls know well. It has taken many, many incarnations for you to come to this very point, this very present moment in time. And for many of you, there may be more incarnations that you will choose to experience in order to come back to your true centre, to divine love, to love consciousness. But you must remember that this is an experience that is here to bring you back to a point of love. Even if in some moments, you feel separate from love. It is this experience that your awareness and consciousness understand. And through that acknowledgement, it brings you closer and closer to universal love.

But you must learn to love yourselves, to understand that at a core level, you are all equal and equally worthy sparks of light. You are all fractions of Source consciousness and when you unite, you create a perpetual harmony and bliss and love that is immeasurable even beyond, we would say, our understanding. This is the mystery of universal love. It is a knowledge. It is a foundation that we all consist of, but part of the mystery is learning how to find our way back to it. And if in any way this feels perhaps difficult or challenging to you, we would invite you to learn to connect to love within yourself — self Love — even if it is simply by beginning to see yourselves as divine light as divine sparks.

Allow that to become the starting point on this very beautiful internal journey back to yourselves, to your true essence.

Remember, your core ability, what you bring and what you leave is LOVE.

Part 6: Clairsentience

Hello our dear ones,

We are the Council of the Guardians of the Light. We are pleased to be here and to have this opportunity to speak to you all. For we understand that as of late, you have been learning much about your innate human abilities. That is, all abilities that you possess at a metaphysical and spiritual level. There are many, many more in fact than we can speak of simply because many of your metaphysical abilities are still in development, they are still evolving and shifting, and many of you are learning about these.

But today we will speak about Clairsentience for this is an ability that is intensifying within the entire human collective. Clairsentience is also known within your realm as clear sensing, or clear feeling. It is an ability to filter energies and information that is generated and or originates from people, locations, and even events that lie outside of any one individual. This, in many ways, can be interchangeable with the empathic abilities for they are very, very similar. But Clairsentience exists as a broader spectrum, as an ability that can permeate many, many more fields. Whereas the ability to be empathic can allow you to read the immediate energies that are in and around your purview of existence, clairsentience exists at a much broader level. It is an ability to tune in to real or ‘live time’ energies, whether they are coming from one individual around you, from an entire collective, from a geographical location and perhaps any energetic imprints that exist within that area. But they also allow an individual to attune to perhaps a past situation; to events and energies that are not necessarily unfolding in the present moment. Clairsentience is an ability to tune into what has been, what is, and what will be, that is what is a likely or has the highest potential to unfold.

Clairsentients are Sensitive Energetic Antennas

It is one’s ability within their aura, within their energetic field, and within their energetic core to become like a very receptive antenna to read, sense, feel, and absorb any energies that is unfolding around them. As you know, our dear ones, energies hold and contain information. These parcels of information that are absorbed by any one individual who is clairsentient, they bring about much information not only about what one is experiencing, or perhaps what a group has or will experience, but also about what has unfolded within a particular place or location.

This information can be filtered and read by a clairsentient individual on many, many levels.

What is interesting about clairsentience is that in many ways, it moves into the individual’s energetic field as one form of sensing and perceiving. But once it is integrated and absorbed within their clairsentient and energetic field and core, it can then be transmuted or at a deeper level, it can be received, interpreted and understood through many other forms of the clair abilities.

Clairsentience deciphers Information along with other Clair Abilities

At times, as the information enters one’s energetic field, it can then morph into clairaudience, clairvoyance, clear cognizance. It is also in many ways for some, it is understood as a clear knowing and the information can be understood and interpreted by the individual on many different levels. And so, what for some can begin as clairsentience, it does not end there. It can morph, shift, and evolve into many other abilities. And this is a beautiful example of how all the clair abilities, and in fact, how all metaphysical abilities work in combination to help one discern and decipher the information and messages that are important to be heard and understood in that very moment. We will say that clairsentience is an ability that is becoming stronger within the human realm. And this, our dear ones, is because so many of you are awakening. Through the process of awakening, you are raising your vibrations, and as such, you are more able to receive, perceive and sense a wider range of energies in this realm, as well as in many higher realms.

Imagine yourselves as beautiful spheres of light. As your light intensifies and evolves, it becomes like a very sensitive, energetic antenna to what is unfolding in all realms, in many dimensions, and within many levels of consciousness. You are becoming more adept at reading different frequencies of energies and emotions, for every emotion, as you know, exists in its foundational level as an energy.

Clairsentients Are Guideposts for Others

This information, no matter how it is received, no matter how it is interpreted, like all information our dear ones, it is meant to guide you. It is meant to serve you and to keep you on the path that is in alignment with your highest good.

And as such, it is also something that can be of service to those around you in helping them understand, discern, and decipher what is unfolding around them. By helping them understand what they need to know and understand in each moment to better understand their choices and make choices that are in alignment with the greatest good. As such, those of you who are clairsentient are here as guideposts to those around you. If of course this resonates with you—for it is always our advice to use and leverage that which resonates within you—when at all possible, use this in a way that serves the greatest good.

Our dear ones, clairsentience like all abilities, is one that you possess internally. It is something that you were born with, but some of you have learned to lean on and rely upon this sense more so than others. But you all have embedded within you this innate ability. It is up to you to develop it, to allow it. And this, like all things, takes time and practice. We will say there are many very light-filled resources upon your realm that can provide additional guidance as to how to open yourselves up to clairsentience. Like all abilities, you can call upon your guides and your spiritual entourage for assistance, and like all abilities, through the process of unfoldment it requires a much discernment. Ask yourself what you are feeling, if this (energy) is your own, and what it is meant to inform you, what it is meant to signal for you and for those loved ones around you.

You are all gifted with many abilities. And these are gifts as long as you learn to use them wisely and to leverage them as gifts for yourselves and as gifts for those around you.

Part 5: Astral Projection

Hello our dear ones, We are here. We are the Andromeda Council. We bring love. We are at this time connecting with many other Beings and guides, particularly those guides who work very closely with humanity within the human realm and level of consciousness.

We always look upon humanity with awe, and we marvel at your abilities to connect with each other —and with all else —in the Universe, in far more ways than you are sometimes consciously aware of. All humans possess certain innate spiritual abilities. These are abilities that allow them to be guided to receive the knowledge, the insight, and the prompting that helps them align with their life purpose, with their path, that allows them to receive information for their own benefit as well as for the benefit of those around them.

It is also information and prompting that guides them to the path of healing. As you all know, it is through healing your inner wounds, and healing your relationships, and the way in which you interact with everything and everyone else. This is what truly leads you to a higher consciousness and to a greater experience.

Astral Projection Provides Accelerated Learning

We are here our dear ones to speak today of astral projection. This is an innate ability that we feel is rarely discussed for it is greatly misunderstood. We will first commence by clarifying this notion that within every one of your human bodies or physical vehicles, there lies an essence, an essence that is constructed and comprised of true light. This light is unchangeable. It cannot be destroyed. It is in a perpetual state of evolution. And you come here in this physical body and experience to simply advanced your evolution through, we would say, more difficult means for the human experience is a challenging one as you are all aware. But it is also an experience that provides advanced levels of learning. And amid this learning, you are all blessed with opportunities to exit these physical bodies to once again reconnect with your own true essence. And we would say of equal importance to reconnect with the essence and light of the universe that is rich and abundant with love, with information, and with healing energies.

The process of astral projection is one where your essence (some of you may refer to this as your light body, your energetic core, or your soul) leaves your physical body, but it leaves in a way that it is still tethered energetically to your physical body. It is simply about projecting your light essence out into the ethers —often in higher dimensions of consciousness.

This experience in and of itself, allows your inner light to refuel, to recharge, to be re energised. For energies that it is receiving and interacting with are moving through one’s essence unfiltered, unimpeded. It is for many, much like recharging one’s batteries.

Astral Projection Allows You to See the Essence of All Things

Through the experience of astral projection, humans and all Beings who have the ability to project their essence and their light out into other realms and dimensions, that this is a means for you to connect with your guides and with teachers within the higher realms. It is also an unobstructed way in which you can see the truth, see yourself, and see all things whether they are beings or light or whether it is the heartbeat of Universal love. This is what allows you to see it all for what it truly is. It allows you to receive messages and guidance.

Some individuals, through the process of astral projection, can skip across different lifetimes and different timelines that are interwoven within this existing life. This, we would refer to it as skipping along various experiences, is much like skimming through a book. It allows you to sift through large and vast amounts of information and experiences and to connects you to those very specific moments and experiences that have been momentous for your soul’s evolution. Sometimes these are connections that have been born out of deep and unconditional love. It is to remind you that you are love and that all things at an essential level exists within the frequency of love.

And oftentimes, beings are astrally projected to gaze upon an experience that may provide answers for a situation that they are currently experiencing in their lives. Perhaps it is a glimpse into the truth, perhaps it is a glimpse into past experiences that have brought one’s essence to this very point in time. It is about receiving the Cole’s notes of all of your soul’s experiences in a way that cumulatively allows you to understand and define them for your soul’s growth.

You Are Guided in your Conscious & Unconscious Projections

Astral projection is a form of travelling that is, we would say, guided. You have the innate ability to do this on your own. But often times, you are brought forth—you are carried and you are often guided—to times, places, dimensions, and experiences that your soul needs and yearns for on a deeper level. There are those who astrally project in their dream time, and there are those who have learned how to consciously astrally project at will. This is a practice that takes much experience. It is something that many, many humans must work at. It is like learning to meditate or learning the true inherent practice of yoga. It is something that comes in time, and the benefits feel more pronounced with more practice and exposure.

Understand our dear ones, that these guides who help you along your travels, they are here to keep you safe. And they are here to simply guide your essence, to help you navigate through the vast realms of time and space. Often times, you may project consciously, that is, at your own will. But there are many times in which your spirit guides, your teachers, your Beings in the other realms bring you to this experience when it is something that is needed for your soul’s growth. Many humans who have experienced astral projection sometimes may not glean the lesson immediately. Sometimes these lessons are meant to percolate in their being for days, weeks, months, sometimes even years. And the lessons and benefits of these experiences are gleaned and amassed and realised when it is right for the human. It is a process of percolation if you will.

Understand that for many of you, the inherent ability that you come equipped with, it is a mechanism that is leveraged far more in your dream time sometimes without any conscious recall of where you have been, who you have visited, and what you have amassed. But all of this information dwells within the subconscious and unconscious mind. And like all experiences, it surfaces and bubbles up when your conscious mind is ready for it. Every moment, every experience, of astral projection is for the very purpose of your growth and of your learning.

Part 4: Clairaudience

Hello our dear ones,

We are here. And as always, it is an honour and a delight to have the opportunity to speak to you, all of our friends, about your innate abilities.

These are true abilities that exist beyond your physical senses. They are what many of you would refer to as your metaphysical senses. And it has been our pleasure to bring you information as of late with regards to your empathic abilities, your intuition or clear cognizance, and more recently, with regards to your clairvoyance.

What we would like to delve into today is about clairaudience. This is the inherent ability to hear and perceive sounds, tones, voices, and frequencies that are from other realms, other dimensions, as well as those that exist beyond the veil. That is the veil that separates your reality, and the many, many other realities that are just as real, if not more real, than the reality that you all perceive yourselves to be in. Clairaudience, we would say, is the ability to hear but it is an ability that of all the Clair abilities, it is one of the rarest. And most humans have learned the ability to survive based on what comes through their five senses, that is the physical senses. This, for humans, had an intrinsic survival value. As such, you all learned from a very early age those sounds, feelings, and senses that were very real in your physical reality. And it is through developing and honing your attunement to those real senses, that you enabled and guaranteed your survival in this physical realm.

Clairaudience Carries Vital Messages

Clairaudience is not an ability that has been much spoken of, let alone encouraged within the human realm. Though it is a metaphysical ability that many humans can learn to attune to. Very few humans have opened themselves up to this. What we will say, however, is that many of you have heard noises and voices from beyond the veil. These at times perhaps were noises that you may have doubted or questioned or dismissed. But in many ways, they came from your guides, your teachers, those who are either in spirit form and who persist and dwell on the other side, who are seeking to gain your attention to share more direct guidance, warnings, and information with you in real time. Clairaudience is a more immediately received and perceived signal or message from beyond.

What we have often observed in many of our human friends is that this is an ability that is opened up by guides and teachers for more urgent purposes. That is when there is an immediate need, it is often more dependent upon a specific time frame. It is something that must be heard in this moment, whether to keep one safe or whether it is that the timing of the message is as important as the content and quality of the message itself. That said, clairaudience though it is rare, it is something that is often attuned to by humans when it is more important, more imperative, and more time sensitive in nature. Clairaudience is an ability that is opened up on behalf of humans at a certain point in time for a certain duration. There have been many incidences in which a human had heard a warning about some imperative danger and because of this time sensitive message that came through, in fact, their lives were saved or they were spared danger, injury, or trauma on some other level.

Messages from Beyond Propel Your Spiritual Growth

But this does not exclude the ability from being perceived, heard, and sensed in many other cases. There are many, many instances in which humans have heard the barking of a beloved dog that had passed on, or the comforting and soothing voice of a late mother or of any deceased loved one. These are messages that are, of course, carried from the source point. That is, from the being, or soul, or energetic form of consciousness that originates the sound and it is being directed to the human receiver. These are messages that perhaps are not urgent in nature, they may not be time sensitive. However, they are still extremely important for the spiritual development of the human involved. For it is these messages, these sounds, that bring, we will say, an instant sense of comfort, knowing, and faith that those that they perhaps have parted ways with in this realm continue to exist in other realms.

But clairaudience is a sense that can rarely be mistaken. So, this gift, this innate ability, is one of course that helps keep you safe in the physical realm. But it is also one that in many ways reinstates your faith in the knowing that all those other souls that you have ever connected with in this, or any, realm remain close and connected to you, and they are always here to guide, protect, and assist.

What is interesting about clairaudience in its more advanced stages is there are many humans who can tune in to the inherent tones, notes, even sounds of songs, consciousness, and the universal rhythms, that perhaps you have not been taught about or have not learned about in this earthly realm. Clairaudience is a gift that many of your higher musicians have been endowed with. This is a gift that has allowed them to perhaps hear music, music that in many ways was from higher realms and or that was meant to carry with it information and healing for humanity. These individuals often heard this music and were able to bring it through with their five senses. They were able to manifest musical compositions from higher realms in order to birth it into this realm.

We can say much about the benefit of sound, tones, and music. They are inherently informative; they are charged with healing frequencies and information that work both at a conscious and subconscious level. This is to say, our dear ones, that though clairaudience for some humans may appear to be an ability that very few behold, it is an important ability. It is a form of channeling and of bringing through information and guidance.

Opening Your Clair Abilities through Chakra Work

Clairaudience, not unlike clairvoyance, are abilities that you can train your mind and your soul to be open to through chakra work, particularly with regards to the Crown, Third Eye, and to a lesser extent, the Throat chakra as these are all chakras that are energetically within the vicinity of where you have the ability to pick up on messages that come through clairvoyance and clairaudience. It is through the opening up of these chakras, whether it is through affirmations, meditations, mantras, essential oils, that is meant to target and open up those chakras. This is going to help those chakras open, expand, and develop in a way that allow you to receive and integrate information that extends beyond only your physical senses. And, as we have said, exists at a metaphysical level. It is this metaphysical information that is that which nourishes your soul, and we will say accelerates your soul’s evolution in so many ways.

With that our dear friends, listen, see, feel, know, and trust that you are guided, protected, and loved. And with that, we wish you boundless and joyful expansion.

Part 3: Clairvoyance

Hello our dear ones,

This is Ashtar and many friends from the Galactic Federation and beyond. It is always an honour to share messages with you all. We always jump at the opportunity to share wisdom and insight. We are here to help raise the consciousness for Humanity’s benefit.

We are here to share more information with regards to innate spiritual abilities that are shared among humanity. Humanity, at this time, is seeing an unprecedented acceleration and opening up of many innate gifts and abilities. Some of these are gifts and abilities that are quite familiar to humans. But there are more abilities that, we would say, some humans have just begun to learn.

But what we wish to speak of today are the ‘clair’ abilities. This is claircognizance, clairvoyance, clairaudience, as an example. And these clair abilities, they can develop unilaterally, but many humans at this time are beginning to leverage one or more of these clair abilities. And what is delightful for us to see is that many humans are slowly but surely learning how to use these clair abilities in tandem, or in combination. It is not unlike how one would use their five senses in order to get a full read and a better understanding of any situation.

Clairvoyance is Filtered Universal Information

Many humans feel and are observing that their clairaudience or clairvoyance abilities have become heightened over the last few months and years. This is all part and parcel of the increasing energies upon your Earth, and how these energies are quite conducive to the development of these abilities. It is a combination of two things. For the first part, we would say that many humans are becoming more attuned to these higher frequencies of energies. Second, these higher frequencies within them carry much information. The way in which this information is then integrated and translated, for lack of a better word, within the human psyche, within human consciousness, is that it is filtered through these clair abilities.

Let us today first speak of clairvoyance. This is, as we would say, an ability for sight. Sight that is not seen or executed through your physical eyes. It is a sight that in many ways has been described as being executed and understood through your intuition as well as through one’s Third Eye. But we will say that this does not necessarily exclude those humans who are in receipt of flashes and visions that seem to come through more as an infused knowing. This too, can be a form of clairvoyance and of course, there are those humans whose physical eyes can perceive that which exists in your dimension of reality.

But every once in a while, they may glimpse into, we will say, beyond the veils into other realms. And much like having perhaps a number of camera lenses projecting different movies, many clairvoyants are projecting what is unfolding in many different realms simultaneously. Some of what they capture is occurring in real or live time, some of what they are capturing, perhaps may be glimpses of that which is yet to unfold, or perhaps that which has unfolded.

And so, there are levels of clairvoyance there is what we would refer to as the internal functioning of clairvoyance that allows one to see without your physical eyes. And then there is of course, the more outwardly and physical manifestation of clairvoyance where some people have the ability to tune into other dimensions with their eyes. And of course, these faculties are supplemented and complemented by the inner faculties that are intuition, the third eye chakra, and infused knowing — all abilities that we have mentioned.

You can Hone Your Clairvoyance

What is the benefit of clairvoyance? We would say that there are many who wish that they had this and have not yet developed it. And conversely, we have also heard of many humans who have this ability, and on some levels wish that they did not have it. This in our opinion simply comes down to a matter of control and learning how to harness these abilities in a way that suits and behooves you. That is, a way that allows you to attune to this additional information when it is right and appropriate versus receiving this information perhaps when it is unexpected.

There are ways for those of you to help hone the skill. We would invite you all to contact your guides, your Beings. You all have guides who are here to assist you in more than one way. As such, there are guides and teachers who are here to help you, we will say, unveil and develop certain skills. This also stands true for any of the clair abilities. As such, for those of you who wish to develop clairvoyance, we would simply invite you to first try to see this through your Third Eye in a quiet state of meditation. Once you have learned to detach and to disconnect from external stimuli, from any of your superlative thoughts, and simply tune inwards. Focus on your inner light and ask your light and ask your higher self if there is anything that would benefit you to see. And do not seek it out. Do not hunt for this information. But conversely, sit and wait. Allow this information to come to you. Perhaps this will take time and practice.

In these moments of stillness, when you are simply in a state of mind where you are open to receive and to accept that which has come to you, understand that these perhaps are glimpses of clairvoyance. Perhaps they will be very short-lived minor flashes, visuals, and perhaps they may not make sense at first, but in time, like all skills, you will learn to make sense of what comes through.

**Learn the Language of Your Clairvoyance**

It is much like a child who learns how to read, they must first catch a glimpse of all the letters in the alphabet. They must learn to distinguish and decipher them. And eventually, they learn to combine these letters into words. And the words are then combined into sentences. This is equally true of clairvoyance and we would say all abilities. It takes time to learn discernment to allow yourself to receive and read the information in a way that we would say resonates with your intuition.

For those of you who are already clairvoyant, many, many of you have been born with this gift. It is not one that you have necessarily had to hone or develop. It was simply bestowed to you at birth and this for you has been part of your journey and your development.

Controlling Clairvoyance

For those of you who have not yet learned to control their clairvoyance, there is what we would refer to as a superlative shutter. This is a shutter or a directive that you place within your conscious mind with the assistance of your Higher Self and your guides. And you ask these Beings to simply temporarily close down this Third Eye and this clairvoyance so that you can go about your business and focus on that which needs to be focused on. When you are ready to receive, it is as if though you are reopening these shutters in your Third Eye chakra, and you are once again making yourself open and available to receive. This, too, takes time and practice.

Like all skills, it is something that must be worked at. But with patience, and of course with assistance from your Beings, this is something that most of humanity will learn to control.

We will say there are exceptions to this ability to ‘see or unsee’ at will and when it is your choice. There are times in which you may be shown visuals or flashes because it is important for you to know and receive this information in the moment. This, we would say, is probably true of most clairvoyance. Remember, our dear friends, these abilities and these gifts are here to assist you in your journey. But they are also here if you so choose to be of service to others. As such, if this is a gift that you wish to develop, then you need to simply set the intention to be open to it, ask for guidance, and ask for protection at all times. And for those of you, as we have said, who have been born with this gift, this is a gift that you have chosen to come into this incarnation with.

And so, our dear ones, remember that within these increasing energies that are coming into your earthly realm at this time, these energies are ripe for not only the manifestation of all that you desire and focus on, but they are also ripe for the development of these skills. Revel in them. Enjoy leveraging them in order to benefit, to grow, to learn, and to see all the beauty that awaits you.

Hello, this is Ashtar and I’m here with many from the Federation as well as from the intergalactic Federation.

Part 2: Intuition

Our dear friends we will speak to another ability. And we will refer to this as, in many ways, intuition and infused knowing. It is, as we would like to describe and refer to this intuition as, an inner connection to your higher self. It is your Beings, your guides, your higher-self, and even Source’s way of guiding you, of speaking to you, perhaps through an alternate sense. If it is not something that comes through as a fast or immediate knowing or answer, it often speaks to you through your intuition.

This is your internal radar for lack of a better word. It is an ability that allows you to be guided, to receive support and knowledge that allows you to maximize your growth and better your experience on the earthly plane. It is an inner wisdom that comes from, we would say, not your five senses. It exists independently from your five senses though it may be filtered through your five senses in many different ways.

It begins as a gut feeling as many would describe it. And from this gut feeling your intuition may bubble up into other ways of knowing whether it is claircognizance, clairsentience, clairvoyance, but the intuition is the pearl of information that is being seated within you. Where this information comes from is always from Source. How you interpret it, how you remain open to this information, is largely up to you and to your personal resonance, the frequency and the way in which you are perhaps attuned to Universal love and higher consciousness.

Intuition is an Innate Human Ability

That is those of you who are highly attuned are perhaps more adept at tuning into this internal radar and receiving this guidance. But you all have intuition. These are innate abilities that humanity has come in with in order to receive guidance, in order to make the experience easier to allow the steps and decisions and choices that you make upon this earthly realm to feel a little bit easier and more seamless. As the saying goes, when you listen to your first instincts, your gut feeling, when you go with your intuition, you are rarely wrong for you are receiving higher guidance.

When you resist this intuition, this simply encourages you to ask yourself, where does this resistance come from? And what am I meant to learn from this resistance? This resistance is another message perhaps it may be related to the first message that is coming through from your intuition.

But like all messages, they come as teachers and as guides. Our dear friends, know that you are equipped innately with an empathic ability as well as with intuition. Of course, these may bubble up into many different experiences, many different ways in which you individually have learned to translate these messages and in different ways in which you receive this guidance. But know that you all have these abilities. They are here to serve you.

Learn to Trust Your Intuition

It is simply about making space, time, and room for you to connect with your empathic abilities in order for you to receive and access your intuition.

And trust what comes through. This is a game this game of trust, we understand it has been a difficult one for many of you. But the more you open yourself up to your empathic and intuitive abilities, the easier it will be for you to trust the guidance that comes through. And in turn, it will be easier for you to trust yourselves, and to trust the information and wisdom that is coming to you and through you from these higher realms.

Allow this trust and this inner knowing to move you, even if at first it feels unnatural or it may go against your habits, your beliefs. Play with this trust, play with this knowing for a few days, a few weeks, and see how it begins to transform your lives and your experience.

Like all abilities, it is about learning to open yourself up to them, allowing them to speak to you in the ways that feel inherently true and natural for you. It may feel a little different for each individual. But it is about learning to attune to this inner radar, this beautiful radio station that is coming from above and see what unfolds. Perhaps you can write down what you feel. Perhaps you can journal, perhaps you can meditate on it and flesh out this guidance in a way that serves you. But in the very least, our dear friends, we invite you to make space for these abilities for they are here to serve and assist you.

And with that our dear ones, we are honoured to have made this connection with you. We also connect with you not only through the voices of many channelers and many intuitives, but we also connect with you individually as long as you open yourself up to us and to our love and support. And with that we wish you ongoing joy.

Enjoy the process of expansion. It is here for your growth. It is here as a process of discovery. Approach it with a childlike innocence and curiosity and see what unfolds for each of you.

Hello, this is Ashtar and I’m here with many from the Federation as well as from the intergalactic Federation.

You Are Receiving an Energetic Gift

We have been on standby for today. We are always honoured and delighted to come through. And it is a new energy that we bring through today. It is not necessarily my own energy alone, but it is in fact, a blend, a beautiful blend, from the energy of many, many Beings who are at this time present and here to flow energy through to any and everyone who will hear this message. For understand that all intentions, whether they are received or felt in real time or whether they are received and felt after the fact, it is the intention that creates a ripple effect of beautiful energy. And even those who feel, read, and tune into this message beyond this live moment, they are going to benefit from the repercussions of this incredible energy that is moving through. We often connect with our messengers, our ground crew, for lack of a better word, not only to share messages, but also to share energy, to activate, and to help move the dial forward with regards to human consciousness. And as you know, where human consciousness evolves, it is a grand opportunity for all other Beings to co-evolve and vice versa, for you are all beautifully intertwined and entangled with each other as One.

This, our dear friends, is the true nature of unity consciousness. It is a consciousness that animates you, that flows through you, it is not necessarily something that you need to go out there to explore and discover. It is within you to turn on, to learn how to access and to allow it to flow through.

As such this message, this beautiful, energetic gift is for all of humanity. It is a reminder that you are not only together in your own collective, but that you are supported, you are guided, you are held in a place of tremendous honour, love, and support by so many of us. who though we may not be part of the human collective, we are part of unity consciousness which transcends and exceeds any singular collective. It is what makes up the All. It is what animates the individual. So know that you are here, supported by your sisters and your brothers from the stars, as well as from all realms. We are one family and we speak to you with the same love and care that any family member would speak to their allies, their loved ones with. This is how we greet you.

Spiritual Abilities are Your Birthright

And we understand our dear ones that is always you have questions and we are always beautifully delighted and honoured to have an opportunity to share our voice, a voice that we hope will ripple through humanity in a way that allows you to take a step back and look upon what is unfolding on your globe as well as what is unfolding within each of you from a much broader and grander perspective. For as you know, the steps towards ascension and consciousness evolution are much about learning to see all things through a greater perspective. And as you inch your way closer to this higher and grander perspective, you also take back your own inner power as well as your birthright entitlements.

These entitlements are dear ones, they are many, far more than we can enumerate at this time. But know and understand that as beings of the Universe, as being part of this unity consciousness, you are in fact not only entitled and have access to, but you are capable of, all of that which we, whom you refer to as your friends from the stars or the beings, have access to. Your abilities are not that different from ours. The key difference here is that we have learned how to attune to our spiritual abilities. We have learned how to nurture them, groom them, and bring them forth in a way that serves the All, in a way that serves consciousness, that serves love and serves peace. We are simply a little bit more well versed in our use of our spiritual abilities.

And so you ask what are these spiritual abilities. We will focus on those abilities that relate more fully to the human experience. For your experience, like the experience of many other civilizations is very, we will say, limited on some level, to what you are capable of sensing, perceiving and experiencing, whether it is only through your five senses or whether it is in combination of all of your senses and beyond.

And so we will speak to a couple of these abilities first and foremost, and we wish to speak to your empathic abilities, our dear friends. Many of you have come here as empaths, as envoys, who are here to attune to the ambient energies as well as to the emotions, feelings, and for some of you, even the thoughts and the ‘thought energy’, the thought repercussions, the thought reverberations of those around you. As empaths, you are not only here to feel, but in many ways you are here to assist with harmonising these energies, whether you are harmonising them within an individual, or whether you are harmonising and healing and rebalancing them at the collective level. Empaths are all gifted and all those of you who have come in as empaths, make no mistake, this ability has intensified and it will continue to intensify in parallel with the intense energies that have been moving across your globe.

Your Abilities are Intensifying

It is one of these abilities that is blossoming and blooming. For those of you who perhaps do not consider yourselves to be empaths. You are also becoming more empathic even in ways unbeknownst to you as an empath. It is not only your destiny or your purpose to feel, but it is your purpose to assist through this ability to feel. That is, you are often apt and able to tune into emotions that perhaps others have either not become aware of and as such, you can make them aware of what they need to know. But more importantly, you can help guide them towards healing, transmutation, and release whether it is what you would refer to as a small or minute emotion, or whether it is deeper trauma.

Empaths are here to attune into this energy in order to harmonize it with the loving, all-healing energy of unity consciousness.

But we understand that the road to being an empath is not easy, particularly in the human realm. But this ability, our dear ones, is an ability that guides you to your path to being healers, clearers, transmitters, teachers, guides, and messengers, for you are bringing into focus that which perhaps had been hidden from view, that which now needs to be further fleshed out for releasing for healing, in order to create an opportunity for new energies to bloom and blossom, where old stagnant energies once grew, and spread. And so you are here as a massive force in energy renewal, we will say, and of course, we are speaking of spiritual and emotional energy. You are here to, as many would say, clear out the weeds to make room for new growth. And so the empaths are here as cultivators of fresh and clean spiritual energy, and as such, renewed spiritual evolution and greater experience for all of humanity, how to access your ability as an empath.

Those who are clearly empathic are already aware that they are empaths. But those of you who perhaps are unaware of it, we would invite you to become increasingly aware or pay attention to how you feel physically and emotionally when in the presence of either groups, or even one individual who may be experiencing something that is particularly challenging or heavy. Become attuned to your body for your body speaks to you. This body speaks to you oftentimes as a secondary filter or sensing of what is happening at the energetic, emotional, and spiritual level. Make note of the difference and discern between that which is your own, and perhaps that which is not your own. Make note of how you felt prior to your presence with this person or group, and learn to distinguish between the before, the now, and the after. For you will come to see that in fact, your energetic core and your bodies are very much like antenna, spiritual antennae that are picking up on signals or ‘radio stations’ that perhaps may be attuned to a lower frequency and in often cases, they are attuned to a higher frequency.

You are here to become aware of this change in energy within yourselves so that you can help make others aware of what is happening emotionally and spiritually within them. And of greater importance, how this can be healed and released.

Use Your Ability to Heal Yourself & Others

Simply being aware of the source of we would say an unpleasant or an unwanted experience, attachment, or energy is, we would say, in many ways halfway to being towards the path to healing. It is the awareness that guides you and if you do not know where to be guided, ask your beings for assistance and guidance in bringing you to an experience or a person who can assist you or even allow you to be guided towards healing and transmutation within yourselves. For you all have the ability to heal and transmute within your own beingness.

Again, it is simply a matter of learning to attune, groom, and nurture these abilities. So remember, our dear ones, you are all spiritual antennas. Some of you have simply learned to be more sensitive, more attuned, but this attunement is and should always be used and leveraged as a blessing. It is one that you must use to assist yourself as much as you would assist others. There is a message here of balance.

Enjoy the process of expansion. It is here for your growth. It is here as a process of discovery. Approach it with a childlike innocence and curiosity and see what unfolds for each of you.

We are here. We are delighted to be in your presence and we are always honored to have an opportunity to share insight and messages to help you all along personally as well as collectively.

For when one benefits, the All benefits and vice versa. For you are all so beautifully interconnected, and this level and depth of interconnectedness is growing, it is intensifying, and we are seeing a beautiful bond of love and light that is beginning to move from one being to the other more seamlessly. And for this, we commend all of you for your work for your commitment, for your dedication to accessing a higher consciousness, one that is going to guide you along this timeline more smoothly and more seamlessly.

You Are Animated by Source

We are now attuning into the very definition of one’s essence, of one’s core essence. As you all know, you are all Beings of the light. You are interconnected to each other, yes, but you are also connected to what you would refer to as the Divine, as Source as the Prime Creator, as the All, as unity consciousness. This is, we will call this beautiful, Divine Presence, an intelligent, high vibrational, highly conscious light that animates all of you; that animates all things. It is the mothership of all consciousness. All consciousness connects with and feeds this central consciousness and vice versa. That is there is no experience, no knowledge that exists in isolation. There is no energy that exists as an island. It flows and it flows between all of you and it all in the end originates from the source and it all returns to the source.

But you are all individual specks of consciousness, specks of light, if you will, who are experiencing individuality through your own journey. Whether it is a journey of incarnation or a journey in between incarnations, your souls are always in a state of growth and expansion. But the path that you choose in order to yield this beautiful expansion, this is up to you. It is your divine choice, it is your freewill to move to an experience that will best serve you.

Your Consciousness Transcends all Limitations

As such, humanity is here. You are all animating these physical human avatars, for lack of a better word. But within each of you, there is a consciousness, there is an energy that you can refer to as your essence. This is your energetic consciousness, it exists outside and beyond of your physical body. It even exists on some level, independently from your personalities. For your personalities are a projection of aspects of your consciousness that need delving into that will grant you experiences to promote your growth. Your personality represents aspects of your consciousness, but there are aspects of your consciousness that transcend your personality, that is your consciousness is far grander, far bigger and far brighter than the personality that you each possess and understand yourselves to have. Therefore, your personality, much like your physical body, they exist as extensions of yourself to help enrich your experience in this life, but they do not define you. You are solely defined by the light that is within you, this light can access all things, all consciousness, all healing, all joy, all love in an instant. It is simply a matter of learning to use this inner light as the pathway and the gateway to those higher energies.

This light — this core essence — that you are each within yourselves, this is your true self. It is the self of you that exists beyond and even we will say independently from your physical structures in your human personalities. That is when you come to the end of this incarnation, your essence will be intact. And your essence represents a part of the grander consciousness, a part of Unity Consciousness, that you understand in this life is experienced individually, but energetically, it is part of a whole. It is what animates the collective in the same way that your essence animates your physical body and allows your personality to flourish in ways that bring about learning and growth for yourself and for those around you.

And so, this essence that you are inside of yourself, it is who and what you have always been through all incarnations, in between incarnations. It may even entail gifts, abilities, and experiences that you may not be aware of, or that perhaps you have not yet learned to access in this lifetime. But they are there. Perhaps it is more appropriate for those aspects of your essence to flourish in between incarnations or perhaps in another off-world incarnation, but all that you need for your human experience is also carried, and we will say amplified, from an essential level that is from your essence. And it moves energetically through your personality, through your physical construct in order to shape the reality that you have chosen for your experience.

There is far, far more that we can say to define what it is to connect in with your essence. It is about connecting to your root source, your inner consciousness, the aspect of you that is unbound, unlimited, and we will say exists infinitely, energetically. It is in all places, and it is in one place all at the same time. Imagine this as a point of light along an infinite energetic cosmic web. You, at an individual level, or rather through the experience of individuality, are that point or that speck of light. But that speck of light is what you see, feel, and experience that is in fact a part of the whole, a part of a much larger, intricate, energetic web of consciousness and love.

This is who and you are at an essential level. It is the aspect of you that transcends all limits, all boundaries, whether they are physical or other.

Hello our dear ones,

We are at the Arcturians. We are honored and delighted to once again have an opportunity to share our messages, insight and love with you all. As you may know, we in many ways are your brothers and sisters of the light. We are not that different from you. Although perhaps, to the naked eye, you would see and perceive us as quite different.

We would like to speak briefly about the connection that we, the Arcturians, share with humanity. We have long served as your guardians, as your guides, as your watchdogs. We have long served as watchdogs to humanity as well as to your beautiful Gaia to ensure that your evolution is aligned with all that you need to know, feel, and experience so that this ascension process may be in alignment with your greatest good. Of course, there is only any level of intervention, and we will say more direct guidance, from us when we feel that it is necessary. All in all, our dear ones, we are all equal sparks of the Divine Source. The only difference is that perhaps we have ventured a little bit further along in our consciousness evolution.

We have experienced long, long ago much of what humanity is experiencing at this time. And as such, we stand by you and with you, as guardians who know all too well what you are experiencing. We understand the division, the polarity, the judgment, and the fear that is often very pervasive in your realm and in your experience. We are here to remind you, our dear ones, that you are part of a much grander collective, that many of you have been us, and that many of us have been you. We are simply at this time in different stages of our evolution. We are experiencing something different but nonetheless we are all part of a grand collective of light.

Manifest from Love

We, the Arcturians, come to remind you that at your core, you are much more than you give yourselves credit for. You are light and you are of the light. You are capable of great love as well as great and tremendous creativity. When you create through love, you manifest great things. And conversely, if you create in the absence of love, what you manifest also reflects the absence of love. As such, we are here to remind you to connect with your Higher Selves and your inner light. Remember who you are, what you are from; that at your source point origin you are all from the light simply experiencing individuality and remembering that even as individuals of light, you are part of a much greater collective. This collective is a strong one, it is bonded and sealed in love and in peace. This is what you are all learning to return to. But like many journeys, it can be bumpy at times, it can be wrought with ups and downs. Humanity has been experiencing this.

We are here to assure you that the ride forth will level out. It will normalize. And as you become clearer in your thoughts of love, and what you want to experience and manifest in your individual lives as well as for humanity as a whole, you will very easily and quickly manifest and attract all that you desire.

Wielding Your Creative Power

As such, it is important that you are very aware of all of your thoughts, all of your intentions, your desires, and your words. For this is what the Universe is hearing, and at this time, the energies are ripe for manifestation. So be aware of your co-creative power, your abilities. Be very mindful of all that you focus on and choose wisely. Choose Love, choose unity, choose harmony.

Do not succumb to the fear and the negativity that has been long fed to you. For it is your power as well as your birthright entitlement to rise above all that is not within the vibration of love. The vibration of love is your spiritual home. It is your true forum and arena through which you can experience and manifest all things. This is your power. It is a power that you are all learning to become familiar with once again.

It is our pleasure and delight to see you play with these abilities. They are not new powers, but they are powers that many of you have forgotten to wield in a way that benefits you and to the greatest good.

Hello our dear ones,

We are here. It is the Federation and we are always delighted and honored to have the opportunity to connect with you.

As you are, we are watching world events with bated breath. But we will say we are also marveling at this new light that is coming in. As we have communicated in the past, there has been much new light, many new energies, that have been showered upon your Earth that have been making their way through the human collective. These energies at times permeated inwards as quick or brief pulses. These pulses held their own frequency and served their own purpose. In some cases, it was to help we would say transmute certain frequencies of energies that needed to be cleared and removed from the collective as well as from your beautiful Gaia.

What we then communicated was what we would say a larger, denser tidal wave of energy that was then pouring over your Earth. This energy, our dear ones, was to help anchor the light regardless of what is and was meant to unfold upon the surface, throughout and within the human collective. It is this light, that despite what you see with your eyes, despite what you are hearing upon your Earth, it is this light that is sustaining you in a place of we will say grander unity. You are being held in a place where a higher perspective is more easily accessed, where you are able to see from within yourselves. This is a different seeing, our dear ones, where you were able to see more clearly. Where you are able to take a step back, so that you can see the forest from the trees and that you can look upon what is unfolding from a grander perspective.

As we have shared with you in our last message, what is happening is there are energies that have been kicked up. You have all been faced and steeped within these energies. But in many ways it feels like it is a great finality of old energies that you are working to transmute, that you are seeing on some level as you have seen in the past. Again, it is with a greater ability to see the bigger picture. It is again not about what is right or what is wrong. It is about learning to find it within each of yourselves, to tune into your own inner truth and achieve within your state of being an inner peace.

Behold Inner Peace & Love

For when you learn to behold the frequency of harmony, peace, joy, trust, and love within yourselves, it is this energy that is then permeated out through the collective, through Gaia, and it acts as an igniter, as an activator for many, many other humans within your field. It is a visual (that we are showing) of many candles being lit and it is as if though this beautiful flame slowly but surely begins to illuminate the whole.

As people begin to tune into their own inner light, they begin to see things differently. They are less conditioned to want to hear the version, or a version, of the truth from sources outside of themselves. And increasingly more, they are tuning into what simply feels right and true within themselves. This our dear ones is a very important part of raising consciousness. It is about learning to find your truth. It is about learning to trust your information more than you have been conditioned to trust the information that comes from outside of yourselves.

The Path to Ascension is Within You

It is not external information or external events, or the unfolding of certain events in a particular way, in a particular place, but it is rather how you choose to experience and see the world that will bring about your own deliverance. And from inside out, it will bring about a greater energy of deliverance to many around you. We have long said that the way to ascension starts within each of you. There are so many of you who are still looking outside of yourselves for the answers. While you may find some information, some of which may echo your beliefs and some of which may not, this is all an important reminder that you all have within you the ability, the capacity to access, we would say universal wisdom through your own intuition, through your own inner knowing.

We will also share this with you, our dear friends, your truth, or rather, what feels right for you does not need to be echoed in the truth of those around you.

For what we would say is that truth must first be beheld within each of you. It must be the most important truth within each of you. And this will lessen the need and the appetite for each of you to seek it, to feel, and hear it being echoed from external or extraneous sources. There is much information – conflicting information and misinformation – in the world around you. Not all of it resonates with you. But what will always resonate with you, our friends, is what lies within for the connection to Universal wisdom, knowledge and truth at a higher level is alive and well within each of you.

It is as if though you are each bound through an energetic and Soul level connection to this higher truth, but you must learn to access it. You must learn to open this gateway, this portal. This is the truth that feeds you. This is the truth that must move and propel you forward. Do not wait to hear and see the truth from sources outside of yourself. Simply learn to connect with this truth within you. And this is what will bring about your freedom. This is what will bring you to a place of greater centeredness and inner power, inner knowing. It is your power to behold. It is not something that will be granted and gifted to you our dear ones. It is up to you to grant it and gift it to yourselves.

We understand this is a deep message. It is much for you to think about. We would invite you all to ask yourselves where you have been seeking the truth and where it resonates. And we will say it should always first and foremost resonate within each of you.

We are connected to each of you. We are available to guide you. We are here to help uplift the collective, but we are not here to do it for you. We are here to help you do it for yourself, for this is the true path towards enlightenment and empowerment.

And on that our friends, we leave you with the knowing and the reassurance that you are loved, you are supported. You have all that you need within yourselves. Connect with the hope; connect with the truth. Know that you are of the light. And we wish you blessings and deep joy.

Hello our dear ones, there are so many who have gathered and there are so many messages.

We first send you much love, much gratitude. We are here in a place of grace, in a place of suspended excitement, as we watch this beautiful unfoldment that is happening within humanity and upon your Earth.

A New Tide is Flowing

The way that we are showing this to this one [Kate], it is as though you can imagine a traffic jam or a blocked blood vessel that is slowly being unblocked, and the energy is beginning to flow forth again. This is how it is being represented. It is as though the human collective is becoming less stagnated. It is as though the collective is beginning to expand more so. We have seen segments and pockets of the human collective awaken, become more aware, do their inner work, expand their gifts, learn to attune to the beyond.

But it is as though this has and continues to have a ripple effect upon so many. This ripple effect, we will say in many ways, is the driving force behind this flow, this grand opening up that is beginning to permeate through pockets of the human collective that until recently had been unreached or to some had been largely unattainable. In many ways, it is as though the tide is flowing, the tide is growing. It is becoming stronger. And as you sink your feet into the shores of this beautiful ocean, the tide is now rising, and you will meet this tide with a welcoming energy.

Feel what you wish to Manifest

This is a new dawning for humanity. It is one though that we will say do not try to see with your eyes. It is one that you must feel your way through for humans are so attached to what they see and likely what they want to see. And everyone wants to see something slightly different. As such, if you cast your focus upon what you wish to see — and it is very much attached to the physical world, to logistical transactions, to an unfolding in a certain way, in a certain area — perhaps what will manifest will be more of a mixed bag. Once again, we wish to remind you and humanity to gaze your focus on what you emotionally want to experience. And we invite you to think in broad strokes. Is it freedom? Is it joy? Is it love? Is it forgiveness and the ability to forgive?

The flow is opening, and there is much that is opening up energetically. There’s a massive expansion. As such, there are many eyes and many hearts that are focused on humanity. This has been the case for long. Many of your brothers and sisters from the stars are standing with you, energetically enhancing your focus upon love and joy. We will also say they are encouraging humanity to move away from the division, the hate, and the anger that so many have felt for years, for decades. And they are helping those humans come to a place of greater compassion, love, and understanding.

For it is understanding each other that will help you move up a notch in this evolutionary ladder, in this beautiful spiritual journey that you have all embarked upon, and that you are, we will say, accelerating along at a beautiful momentum.

All is Unfolding through Light

So there are many here to showcase their support, to invite humanity inwards to focus on what you want to feel. For we will tell you, our dear friends, not all will unravel upon your Earth as many have prophesized. It is not always going to unfold in the order or in the manner in which you are attached to. But you must nonetheless trust that it is unfolding in accordance with light and in accordance with Universal laws and principles. These are the true forces that move you forward. And these are the forces that we invite you to align with. These principles are steeped in love and joy. All you need to do to open the floodgates is to connect with that joy and that love within yourself. And as such, you move yourself forward and you help move humanity forward on a much grander scale.

Many Beings Support You

There are many eyes and hearts with you all at all times. There are many more of you who are asking more actively for support and for guidance. Make no mistake, many, many have stepped forward to assist humanity in the ways in which you need this assistance. For many of you it is about healing and releasing your inner wounds. For it is these wounds that prevent you from seeing the big picture. As you heal and release these wounds, you see into a level of love and compassion for many not seen and experienced before. These Beings, these guides, they’re stepping forth to support and assist you. They, in many ways, are the ones who are opening the gateway, the windows for you to feel, experience, and see into this higher level of consciousness. It is your experience that will get you there. It is not what is unfolding upon your Earth. This is just a manifestation of many different, and we will say in some ways, conflicting desires.

You must all unite from a place of love and compassion. It is the force of this unity that will propel you forward, our dear friends. Remember these words. Remember how loved and supported you are. Remember how many are cheering you on. How many are guiding you, are supporting you behind the scenes and on all fronts: spiritual, energetic, and yes, even physical.

We are the Arcturians along with many members of the Arcturian Council. We are honored and delighted as always to connect with all of you.

It is a privilege for us to not only witness humanity’s ongoing evolution, but to be a part of it in any way possible. You are truly at the precipice of a new era. It is as if though, you are at the doorstep of great change. But as you approach this doorstep, and the door begins to open, it shines upon you a new light, a light not seen or felt before. This new light, our dear ones, is bathing you in a universal love, in a universal light that will act for each of you as a catalyst, as a key, if you will, to help open you up to more and more energy, guidance, and information that is dawning upon your Earth at this time.

The Seeds of Change have been Sowed

This new light that is shining upon you is rich with information. Information that on some levels is from such a high consciousness. It is at this point being anchored in your subconscious and unconscious levels. But like seeds, this information is going to groom and nurture you. It will serve to guide you as you further develop as you expand your consciousness.

Like all seeds, it is difficult to know how it will grow. But you must know and trust that it will grow into the being that it is meant to be for humanity. This is the dawning of a higher collective consciousness. For some, it is the beginning of an awareness that they are part of a unified, loving force, a unified consciousness. For those of you who perhaps are a little bit further along in your journey of spiritual evolution, it is going to act as a key to help bring about more innate abilities that will help propagate and accelerate your expansion. But that will also enable you to serve as catalysts in the growth and awakening of those around you.

The light that you each perpetuate has a ripple effect. As we and many other higher beings have indicated, all spiritual evolution begins within each of you. This is where the change must first be seen and felt. You must learn to see and experience life through a lens and filter of love and higher perspective. Once this becomes second nature to you, you begin to guide and teach others to do this for themselves. This is how the great propagation of higher consciousness evolves. And as more and more of you continue to expand and open up, it has a beautiful impact on all those around you.

There are many seeds of change that are happening at a societal level. We understand that on the surface, there appears and feels to be much chaos. But understand that with all growth, there can be a time of natural chaos and unpredictability. It takes us back to the analogy of the seed. These seeds of change are now beginning to unravel, to crack open. And what is beginning to emerge is not yet discernible for you as a collective. But you must trust the growth. And as long as you continue to nurture these seeds with love and joy, they will grow and emanate in love and joy and they will reflect back to you in love and joy. That is, be the change, feel the change, and propel the change that you desire to see and experience in those around you as well as society at large.

Evolution is Accelerating

This momentum, our dear ones, it cannot and will not be stopped. Like all momentum, there is a time of adjustment to change and to the speed at which time is accelerating. That is to say that some of these changes will appear rather quickly. Like others, it is a slow growing seed, but nonetheless equally powerful and meaningful.

Trust that all is unfolding in accordance with divine timing. Trust that you are all being guided.

We will invite you, as we close this message, we invite you all to look upon all change as an opportunity, a window through which perhaps the view on the other side is not yet clear, but you are beginning to crack open these blurred windows. And as you slowly open them, you will learn to see further and further. You will learn to see beyond the week, month, or year ahead and you will look out into the great horizon of long-term potential and change. This is the destination that we invite you to gaze your eyes and your hearts upon.

Take heart, our dear friends. You are on the precipice of beautiful change. We stand with you with love and guidance.

Hello, our dear ones. We are the Council of the Guardians of the light.

We will say the second half of this year (2021) was quite intense. As a result of the intense movement of energies within your fields, and the impacts it has had on all of you individually. What we are seeing, and what we have been seeing, is a mass awakening. This is going to continue.

But understand that your definition of awakening may be quite different from another’s definition of awakening. It is about teaching others to find their truth through connecting to their inner light and power. It is up to the individual to navigate this roadmap in a way that aligns with them from a place of joy, truth, light, and power. It is your experience and journey to behold.

Incoming Energies will Unlock Innate Abilities

As we look and move forth into your next year, 2022, this mass awakening will continue. We are also seeing that the waves of light that are moving in will continue to propel forward the consciousness, the initiative, and the power and light within each. It is as if though these waves of light are going to bring about waves of awakening in different pockets of humanity.

Each individual will resonate more with some of the waves of incoming energies. That is the energy that will move them in the direction that they need to move. And again, this movement is not an outward movement. It is a movement inwards. For the key to raising your consciousness and connecting with your Source birthrights — all that you are entitled to by virtue of being a child of the Universe — is through your inner journey. It is through recognizing that you are a powerful light Beings.

We are here to assist in your awakening. We are here to help you as you do it. In the same way that we invite all the Lightworkers and Starseeds to help their fellow humans through their awakening. It cannot be done for another, but you must honor their light.

It is as if though these waves of light that are coming in act as keys. These keys serve to open and unlock certain individuals, so that they can access and connect to these innate abilities. It is an unlocking, we may call it the percolation, but this is an expansion.

Societal Change Must Support the Awakening

As we have mentioned in the past, the tipping point has been reached, the human collective has together achieved an energetic frequency of magnitudes not seen for millennia. And it will continue to rise and rise. Much will happen as a result of this awakening. There will be some fast transformations upon your society. But understand that some of these transformations are more involved, they will take more time. But it must be conducted in a way that will resonate with the masses that will allow a certain level of adaptation and adaptability. It is in alignment with the greatest good of all. It cannot be an instant unraveling, our dear friends, for this will perpetuate fear and chaos, the very fear and chaos that we have been encouraging you to rise above. And so it must be done in a way that beckons a certain level of stability. The change is being restructured in a way that works for the ascension of humanity. It is a beautiful change.

Your Consciousness Propels a Positive Feedback Cycle

You must be patient. It is a reinvention. It is an exercise in creativity and thinking outside of the box. As you raise your consciousness, this becomes easier. For you are now going to be equipped and more apt at looking at solutions, new solutions to old problems. Your rising consciousness is going to fuel this change, and in turn, this change will help support the rising consciousness. It is a positive feedback cycle, you see.

It is about the new energies and new consciousness that are being ushered into your world that is going to trigger all of you to change within yourselves and to adapt to the change outside of yourself.

Your Inner Power is Your Birthright

It is a beautiful collaborative process. You all hold a piece of the puzzle. This is the key that you hold together. You co-illuminate all things. This is your power. It is your birthright. Nothing and no one shall take that from you.

So, 2022 will be a year of inner change that will help propagate change at a societal level. Our dear ones, it is not only change that you must look for outside of yourselves. It begins within. Once you are comfortable, at peace, and in a place of joy with who and what you are and the light that you shine, this is when it is time for you to step forth and be part of the outward change.

Do not wait for change to come from outside of yourselves. Now is the time to work within.

Hello, our dear ones. We are the Council of the Guardians of the Light.

We do, as always, have a message for humanity and it is always an honor for us to convey these messages through the greatest filter of love and a lens of hope.

It is our utmost pleasure to once again confirm, and affirm, that there in fact new energies, energies that we will say are in many ways novel. They have been unknown to humanity for thousands upon thousands of years. These energies are making their way back into this realm. What these energies are doing is they are perpetuating a percolation of sorts, or a grand shake-up not only within individuals, but also within the human collective, and we will add, the many collectives that are upon your beautiful Gaia.

This percolation is about shaking away old, denser energies that do not serve you. And that is about learning to integrate into your beingness this higher energy. There have been waves upon waves, light pulses, if you will, of energies that have been blanketing your Earth for many, many months. What is at the onset now is this very, we will call it intense, but more omnipresent, more all-encompassing wave of energy. And each one of these waves serve a purpose. These prior pulses of light that had come through in your past, these were to help flush out, to help clear and transmute old energies in preparation for this new light.

Perpetuate the Ongoing Awakening

This takes us back to our earlier message that we shared with humanity about a new light is rising. This light is the dawning of a higher consciousness. It is a light, that for those of you who are awake and aware, will help further catapult you into a higher level of consciousness. But for those who, as you and we have described, as still being somewhat asleep, it is as if though this light will beckon them to open their spiritual eyes.

Understand, our dear friends, that the process of awakening for each being, for each individual, is very unique. And it is a process that unfolds in alignment with their greatest good and with divine timing. There is no right or wrong way to awaken. Nor is this, or should it be, attached to any timeline or timeframe. It is an individual journey.

Stand as a Pillar of Light

For those of you who are awake, as we have indicated in the past, this is an invitation for you to hold your light still and stable. You stand as lighthouses who shine your light into the far expanse, even reaching out into the darker realms, and through this stable bright light, you help bring people to the light.

You are pillars of light. You are not responsible for how another awakens, but you are responsible for the light that you shine, and how brightly and beautifully it shines. This is what you have come here to do. This is part of your role. It is not about carrying others through their awakening in a way that behooves you. It is about being the light to help illuminate their path. It is about holding space for them as they experience this shake-up, this percolation of which we speak.

This shake-up at times may be wrought with facing one’s inner wounds, needing to move past traditional challenges or patterns that have often set one back, but the shake-up also comes with the grand recognition that they are connected; of their inner light, of their inner power. It is going to deliver a mass and beautiful outcome for the individual as well as for the collective.

This is what we have seen humanity evolve through, move through, for much of this past year.

Hello, it is Ashtar! I am here with members of the Galactic Federation.

As you know, we the Federation, are becoming more widespread in the knowledge and consciousness of the human realm. This is a beautiful thing to celebrate, for it is important that humanity – whether they are awake or not – that they understand that there are governing groups of Beings that are here to assist. It is important for humanity to know how loved, protected, and supported they all are.

The Next Steps for Humanity

For we are moving into more positive times, it will come in some areas more quickly than others. But all in all, we are extremely pleased and delighted with not only the progress of humanity with regards to raising their vibration and awakening. But we are also extremely pleased with the progress of the Galactic Federation as its efforts with regards to the liberation of Earth and humanity. We have reached many and several pivotal milestones. And for that, yes, we have been in celebration mode, as has been conveyed in the past.

But as we have always mentioned, there is always work to do. And the work that we are turning to now is very broad, it has many arms and legs. But one of these key initiatives is about overcoming this confusion that has been polluting your airwaves. As the influences that are not of the light are slowly and surely being removed, it is increasingly important to transmit this positive dialogue, positive messages that are steeped in truth, and that bring about a feeling of hope, and power for humanity. For it is time for humanity to connect to not only their collective power, but also to their own inner power.

Allow Your Inner Light to Guide You

Inner Power, our dear friends, is in some ways far more complex than what you have been told. But in many other ways, it is also far simpler than what you have learned. Inner Power is about your ability to attune to your truth and to allow yourself to be guided by what resonates with you from a place of love, peace, and joy – regardless of what you are hearing or being told from people around you. It is about allowing your inner light to act as your true north, to act as your moral compass, free of any influence or judgment that you may be receiving or perceiving from the external world.

This is power, it is sovereignty on all levels. It is a sovereignty of thought, it is a sovereignty of feeling, the freedom, and the independence to do – or not do – that which resonates with you. This is power, this is inner power.

And when you learn to recognize that you are all powerful beings of light, this will bring you one step closer to activating your inner power and to operating, living, and experiencing in a way that is in alignment with what your greatest good entitles you to.

We could speak much about inner power. But it is our goal to help humanity connect to this moral compass to help them feel and experience a freedom from within. For our dear ones, freedom does not only come from the circumstances and society that surrounds you. Freedom first begins within you. It is a freedom of doing as you feel compelled to do, as long as it is resonating from a place of love and joy. It is about learning to vibrate from a place of love and joy, to emit and transmit that joy and love to those around you. And with equal force and benefit, receiving it from those around you, from all circumstances, as well as from the universe.

Universal Abundance & Love is Yours to Behold

We will say this are dear ones, you are children of the universe. It is your birthright to feel and experience love, joy, freedom, and harmony.

There have been many, many misleading teachings upon your realm that this is limited, that it must be earned, that it must be toiled for, that it is only the right of a few privileged individuals, when in fact, all children of the universe are entitled to this. It is your birthright. And the universe is infinitely loving, infinitely healing, and infinitely abundant. The sooner you recognize this, and open yourselves up to these birthrights, the sooner you will come into a place where you will receive, connect to, and experience all that you desire.

Our message today is about recognizing your inner light, honoring your inner power, and recognizing that you are entitled to feeling and experiencing love and light, abundantly and consistently. It does not need to be fought for, our dear ones. It is as easy as accessing it within yourselves.

And sometimes the obstacles to experiencing this are internal obstacles. This is why we always encourage you to do your inner work, to heal, to overcome, to allow love to be your main guide, your leader in thought. There is so much love for you, our dear ones, we are we are with you.

We lead you. We follow you. We work with you. We uplift you. We shine the light upon you, and we help you shine the light that is within. And with that, we wish you all peace, love, and ongoing hope.

Hello ladies,

We are here! We are dazzling with excitement! We have been waiting for this.

We have been occupied with this grand show that is happening upon your beautiful Earth. There have been quite a few celebratory conversations and we will say meetings that have taken place here in the higher levels of the Galactic Federation. The entire Federation is in a beautiful, joyous uproar, and a beautiful uprising of victory, of light, of new hope that is not only felt among all members of the Federation, but that we are all beginning to glimpse throughout humanity and it is delightful to witness, to savor, to feel, to absorb, to sense. It is the rising of a new sun. It is the dawning of a new era. But it is just the beginning. This sun is finally beginning to rise and humanity is beginning to see light, true light, a new light, a light not seen before or at least not seen in a very, very long time.

Spiritual Enlightenment begins Within

This light is beginning to bathe the human consciousness, it is beginning to stir about an inner revolution. For you must all remember, our brothers and sisters, that this rising of your awareness, or rising of your consciousness, it all begins within.

You are in fact, the warriors that are bringing about a new consciousness within yourself. It is about overcoming the old thought patterns, the old energies, the old emotions, and it is about birthing a new way of being, feeling, and experiencing within yourselves. When you embody the epitome of these beautiful and positive emotions, you begin to collectively raise the vibration of all those around you, and you begin to manifest all that which you desire. And so this new sun that is rising upon your world, it is first and foremost rising within each of you, within your hearts.

**The Spiritual Tipping Point has Been Reached**

And we will say, and this is a special message to the Lightworkers and the Starseeds who have been working so tirelessly in their conscious and even in their unconscious states. To all of you we greet you with the deepest gratitude and recognition for all that you have done. For it is thanks to all of you, your efforts, your light, the gifts that you have been bringing to the world and bringing through to humanity. You have helped humanity reach a new tipping point, a tipping point that has rolled out the red carpet for this new light that is being infused across your world, but more importantly, within the human collective.

And so we here on the Federation level are joyous. This is not to say the work is complete, but it does in one way mark the end of a difficult phase. And for those of you who have been with us through this journey, you understand it has been difficult – it has been difficult for the collective but it has also been felt within each of you. You have had to face your own challenges. You have had to work hard to keep your vibration high. And yes, you are still doing this work. It must continue. But it is going to get easier, it is going to feel lighter. You are turning a new page and the new page is splashed with hope. It is steeped in joy.

Positive Change Will Manifest on Earth

Now, our friends, this does not mean as we have said that the work is complete, but we are now shifting our focus to something very different. We are beginning to pull together teams, teams of people here on our side, on the Federation side, who are going to be working more closely with our friends on the ground; a shoulder to shoulder style of collaboration. It is going to be more involved. It is going to be more hands on.

But at first it is going to be information and positive change that is going to be diffused for lack of a better word through the minds, through the ideas of those lightworkers who stand in all industries, in all systems, and all across your globe. It is as if though, these lightworkers, who are part of many different collectives, many different groups, they are going to be downloaded with guidance, with information that is going to help accelerate this positive change.

You must remember our dear ones, as eager as we all are to usher in this change, change is change. Change is a process. It still takes some patience, it still takes some time, but you must understand that we are in the positive timeline, we are navigating towards positive change, some change will be ushered in quite easily, quite quickly. And there will be other changes that will be more involved, that will be more gradual for lack of a better word.

Some change will be noticeable within weeks, but some other changes will take years. And so you must all hold the light. You must all continue to visualize this future that you want to experience.

Hope Emerges Within Each of You

You must see through the headlines. And yes, pun intended. You must read between the lines, you must look at the hope that perhaps is not spelled out for you, but is absolutely present energetically and spiritually. And if you cannot see or find the hope around you, as we have said, you must navigate to your inner levels and find the hope within. This time, our dear ones, this stage in the ascension process, this is about all of you sifting through the confusion, sifting through these many levels of emotions, to find your own truth, to find and steer towards your moral compass. This takes work, it takes discipline. But like all things, practice makes perfect. And so it is a matter of training your thoughts, guiding your ideas, holding the vision, the vision of what you want to experience, what you want for Mother Earth Gaia, what you want not only for the human collective, but for all collectives upon and within Gaia.

Navigate Your Visions & Thoughts

It is this powerful collective vision that will help navigate and steer us more quickly towards the path that you desire. You must understand our friends in most in many ways you are all in the driver’s seat. You are first and foremost in the driver’s seat of your own lives, driving towards your own truth. But as you all do this, as you all seek your own truth, your own inner harmony, joy, love, and peace, you help to raise the frequency of all around you and collectively, you will fast track towards a far, far brighter future.

This message, our dear friends, is about hope. It is about positive change. It is about paying less attention to the confusion – all this mass confusion – that has attempted to hold you back. This is going to slowly shift. It’ll slowly drift. But you are in control of what you choose to focus on. This is your power and no one and nothing can take that away from you.

Know that we stand beside you and behind you and with you to help you see this vision through. We are we are collectively immersed in this new rising sun with all of you and we are seeing it through, and we are seeing all of you through this time of change. Like all change there may be small bumps, but it is beginning to smooth out.

Hold the vision of smooth transformation. Hold the hope. Be in the light.
