Hello our dear ones.
We are present. It is an honor for us to be here. We are Ashtar and many of Ashtar’s friends. These Beings that are with me are many of the Ascended Masters. What we collectively wish for all of you to know is that you are not alone. Oftentimes, as we tune into humanity, we can see and feel vicariously the energies, the highs and the lows that at an individual (as well as the collective) feels and experiences. What we wish for you to know is that we are here to support, to guide, and to moderate those energies. For there is a lot that is unfolding within the human collective.
The Emergence of the Divine Feminine
Consciousness is very much etched in the energy of love, compassion and non-judgment. And these are qualities that are very beautifully anchored within the divine feminine. So these are energies that seek to strike a greater balance within the human collective for these energies to be completely harmonized. First and foremost, they must be harmonized, and this balance must be achieved at the individual level. This is why, as you are each awakening, as you are each on your own individual journey of ascension, it is important for you to begin to read, interpret, and look upon all situations in your life, as well as at a global level, through the lens of compassion and love.
And as you learn to do this, to master this within your own energetic field, It is an energy that you then begin to embody. The more you embody this energy, the more natural and seamless it feels. The easier it becomes to enact and to anchor within you without this resistance. When you embody and harmonize this divine masculine and divine feminine within yourselves, because your energetic field is always constantly engaging, exchanging, and interacting with the energy fields of every other individual around you, as well as the human collective at large, when you embody balance, you infuse balance into the collective. You raise the ceiling of consciousness through which balance in all matters can be more easily achieved. For energy finds the path of least resistance, and when you lower the resistance within yourselves, you embrace, allow, acknowledge, and receive this harmonization. It that can then be experienced by the collective as greater compassion.
Polarization & the Mass Awakening
And so this is how and where we connect the divine masculine and the divine feminine to the polarization. We are going to refer to it as the great polarization that is unfolding at this time within humanity. What we wish for all of you to know is that polarization is actually a very complex, energetic situation, but it is one that we are going to try to simplify. What is unfolding right now within the human collective is that there are many individuals who are awakening. It is a mass awakening. They are awakening to their own purpose. They are awakening to their own innate qualities. They are awakening to their own spiritual abilities. This for many individuals, is unfolding at once. Some may experience this quite intensely. For others, it is perhaps more subtle and more gradual. Again, there is no right or wrong way to experience this. You must simply allow it to unfold and trust that it is unfolding for you. The vast majority of individuals are, expanding back towards Source love. Imagine the human collective as a combined orbit of light. As many begin to migrate back to Source love, there is a pull, there is perhaps a stretch, a division, within this collective energy.
This polarization simply represents an imbalance between those who are opening, accepting, and merging with the energy of love, and those perhaps who are, whether consciously or unconsciously, resisting that migration. Those who are stepping into a place of love, their energy and the pull that they collectively hold, is gradually and eventually going to pave the way, much like a gateway of light, like an energetic bridge. It is going to pave the way for those who are perhaps on the other spectrum, the other side of this polarity, to eventually pull through. It is going to take time, but this is another form of balance. It is a balance between those who see the world through the lens of love and those who have not adapted to that higher and broader perspective or truth as of yet.
Harmonizing on the Inner Level
It is those who are opening up to greater harmonization and balance within the divine masculine and the divine feminine that are more fully paving the way for all others to follow. Once any kind of peaceful harmonization is achieved within one individual, it opens up the pathway for all. And that is a harmonization between the balancing of ideas, of perspectives, of truths, a harmonization that leads one to non-judgment, that leads one to greater acceptance, tolerance, and compassion for those who hold different ideas and beliefs. This is an overall balance that humanity is gradually moving towards.
It is a balance between the love that you give as well as the love that you open yourself up to receiving. This is another form of balance and harmonization that humanity is moving towards. But the more balance you hold at the individual level, the more balanced and positively skewed the collective then becomes.
The way in which you can strike the right balance within yourself is about asking yourself if there is anything within you that needs to be heard, that needs to be addressed. For you are all, our dear ones, you all hold inner wounding. Some of this wounding is from this incarnation, but some of this is a more deep-seated spiritual wounding that originates from the collective as well as from many of your past incarnations. To heal that which is not in resonance with your highest place of love within you, is to allow yourself to untether yourself from the dense spectrum of polarization and to reconnect and reorient back towards the energy of higher love.
Understand that the more you let go of, the more you forgive, the more open you are to receiving this higher energy and this love. And much like the process of alchemy, when you let go of that which does not serve you, you are simultaneously inviting in all that does serve you. And this higher energy, as it alchemizes your essence, your energetic field, it naturally brings you back into the gravitational pull of Source love that, in and of itself, is a form of balance. It is perhaps a higher vibrational balance, but it is one that untethers you from the polarity that exists within the human collective.
So to heal yourself at an individual level allows you to raise the ceiling of experience within yourself, and by virtue of the way in which you are all interconnected to each other, to unity to all other forms of conscious life, you raise the ceiling, making it easier for those around you to surrender and to let go of all that which they are holding on to that needs to be released. The surrendering can be letting go of the resistance, letting go of beliefs that no longer serve you. It can sometimes be as simple yet equally important as making a choice, a conscious choice, to open yourself up to love, allowing yourself to receive and accept as much love as you give, and vice versa. Allowing that flow to move in and out. And as it does, it creates a beautiful reciprocal exchange of energy, and that reciprocal flow is the force of balance and harmonization.
You must recognize where there are polarities within you, you must learn from those energies. The key is not to dispel them. It is simply to acknowledge them, knowing that all polarity, like all energies, whether they are pleasant or unpleasant, come with lessons. They are all teachers in some shape or form that are here to teach you something about yourself, and once you connect with the learning, in essence, you up-level. And it is through the process of up-leveling that you find greater harmonization. There are many individuals on Earth at this time who are acting as the anchors… the pillars of harmonization. They are individuals who perhaps have experienced this harmonization years ago or are currently undergoing this experience and this process.
But it is the Harmonizers who are going to help equalize and balance out the polarization that is being felt, witnessed, and experienced so intensely within this experience of humanity. In this moment, what we wish for you to know, our dear friends, is that this polarity will not persist. It will perhaps become a little bit more intense. But to understand that each and every single one of you is being called back to Source love. This is an experience that we simply invite you, whether you understand it or not, whether it aligns with your beliefs or not, we invite you to be open.

Our dear friends,
We are the Guardians of Gaia. We come with love. We come with a message of hope, abundance, and we simply wish for you to know that we speak on behalf of Gaia.
Gaia’s Life Purpose
As you know, Gaia is a sentient Being. She too, holds consciousness, hopes, desires, and many energies. She, like all of you, serves a purpose. And in this lifetime for her, it is her purpose to hold, support, and bring abundance to all that express themselves upon her. It is also part of her purpose to heal and to bring opportunities through which humanity, the many collectives and animals that are upon her may learn, grow, and develop.
Gaia, like many sentient planets, is a host. She is a host for experience. She is a forum through which consciousness can — and shall — expand. And this is exactly what is unfolding for humanity. With Gaia’s help, with her support and with the support of many, many Beings, those in many different and higher dimensions, those whose consciousness is on a level where humanity is vising and striving for. There are many who support humanity, and there is no shortage of messages and support for humanity.
What Gaia wishes humanity to know is that her love for you all is unconditional. Gaia has reached a level in her consciousness where her love is always unconditional, where she is simply here to offer support and guidance, and she is also here as a platform through which humanity can heal, through which humanity can learn to connect with her.
How Gaia Supports Humanity’s Spiritual Growth
On a deeper level, Gaia also provides an environment, an energetic field, through which humanity can learn to connect with each other and with all others with greater depth, deeper meaning. And it is through this connectivity that humanity learns that they are too part of a greater and higher unity consciousness, the oneness, the All. It is a level of consciousness where every individual consciousness understands and realizes that they have always been — and always will be — part of a higher consciousness, a consciousness that is always baked in the energy of love. And sometimes individual consciousnesses must migrate away from unity love, away from Source consciousness to experience an individual level of learning and lessons, some of which perhaps may feel devoid of love. But ultimately, the goal for each and all consciousness, for each and every soul, is to eventually migrate back to Unity consciousness – to Source love.
Your journeys here on Earth, upon Gaia, are relatively short but they are rich with learning opportunities and lessons. What Gaia wishes for you to know is that you are all invited to partake upon her, her energies and the experiences that she offers, and no matter what has unfolded in your prior incarnations, you are always invited and welcomed back. And it is her hope (and the hope of all guardians, higher forms of consciousness who guide and encourage you), that when you return to Gaia, you are perhaps a little bit more advanced in consciousness in a way that allows you to more fully partake in richer experiences of love. For there is no shortage of love or opportunities upon Gaia. Love is everywhere you look. Love is apparent in the abundance of flowers, of vegetation, and can even be experienced through the energy of the trees. Love can be shared through the energy of animals, and it can always be found and experienced through interconnection with your fellow humans.
How to Learn & Expand through Gaia
Even if and when you observe or believe there to be an absence of love, there is always a greater occurrence of love, for love and light shall always behold the highest opportunity. Love and Light shall always envelop any absence — perceived or real — of love. So, you must all remember that Gaia is here for your expansion. She is here to remind you of the importance of connection, of appreciating all other forms of consciousness upon her.
Remember you are here on a journey of learning. To learn is the process of growth, and to remember that there are no mistakes. As long as you move through those mistakes with the recognition that there is always something to learn, and that there is always an opportunity to connect with love, you are ultimately in the process of migrating back to Source.
To recognize that lessons are always an opportunity to reach into a higher consciousness through the energies of love is to take one step forth in this grand mission that each one of you is here to expand in. It is one of many, many existences that you are all here to experience. But Gaia is rich in lessons and to indulge in, to acknowledge, to appreciate and to express gratitude for Gaia, for all upon her, and for the rich lessons that she imparts to all of you, directly and indirectly, is to open your heart and your consciousness to higher love. Remember it is all around you. At times, it can be seen, but it most certainly can always be felt experienced and embraced.
And we, the guardians of Gaia, come with messages of love. It has been an honor connecting with all of you.

This is Gaia’s essence.
I am a Being of love. I am a Being of abundance. I am also a Being who provides a platform, a forum, an arena through which all Beings upon me may not only express, but may learn, grow, and love as such. I am here to provide this beautiful environment through which this growth — physical and spiritual — may unfold. I also, as I am connected to Source and to all of you, I am also equipped with all the energies, all the insight, all the opportunities that you need as part of your growth, learning, and adventures.
My elements (and they are far too many to enumerate), but I will simply speak to some of the key elements: wind, water, fire, and earth. These are all elements that serve all of you, and many of you are aware of how to connect with these elements, the benefits they provide, and in turn, the benefits and energy that you can provide to the elements, and in turn, to the Beings and collectives who are dependent with those elements. My elements are each imbued and infused with energies that move to support you, depending on where you are at in your evolution, where the various animals and collectives upon my surface are in their evolution, as well as where I am in my evolution. For we are all co evolving.
Our energies perpetually interact and the exchange of energy is what allows each of us to meet the resistance that we need as part of our learning, but it is also an opportunity for us to heal and to transmute.
Water as a Powerful Transmuter
It is my wish today to speak to you of the gift of water. You are all comprised, in the vast majority, of water. What I wish for you to know is that water is a collective, though it may consist of different molecules, different drops, it is a togetherness that all in all forms, a broader energy, be it the ocean, be it the rivers, be it the water in each of your bodies. This water is one of the most absorbent forms of energy. It absorbs emotions and energies. What this water does is diverse. It serves to heal. For it is a transmuter, and so through water’s movement, through its flow, water cleanses. It regenerates. It flows out, carrying with it old energies and emotions, even the toxins in your very bodies. And with new water, there is the invitation for you to each receive a renewed energy, pure energy, the energy of love. So remember that your thoughts, your emotions, your consciousness, are very closely tied with that of water, that your energies project into the water and the water’s energies influence and impact each of you.
Water also serves as a mirror, as an amplifier of the collective energies. Think for a moment of smooth waters and stormy waters. What is the water trying to convey? What do you need to learn from it? And remember, dear friends, that every connection with water invites an opportunity for conscious intention. What you bring to the water, how you ask and invite the water to work with you is how it will respond. Hence, if you are looking to transmute, to heal, to cleanse and to purify, let that intention be known to any and all bodies of water that you connect with, energetically or physically.
Water is a Repertoire of Universal Wisdom
If you are looking for information, guidance, and insight, remember the wisdom of the water. It has long been infused with millennia upon millennia of wisdom. It is also a layered testament of ancient wisdom combined with new wisdom, all of which is contained within the bodies of your oceans and of your lakes. Every thought is absorbed and felt and contributes to the wisdom of the whole. As such, it is a vast library. It is an energetic library that stands as a testament to old, present, and in time to future energies and wisdom.
As such, you are each endowed with the ability, more so at an innate level, through your intuitive senses, to receive guidance and insight from water. Many, many of you have had many past incarnations in which you have learned to master this beautiful connection with water, learning to move water, to work with it, to embed it with light, to infuse it with information, to also receive from it the healing, the transmutation, the wisdom and guidance that you each need. It is simply a matter of how you consciously choose to connect with water; even the mere act of placing your feet in, swimming, and bathing in any lake, any ocean, is a highly rejuvenating act. And it allows the water molecules in that body of water to create a synchronicity with the water molecules in your bodies. Like all energies, when they are on par with each other, when they are holding a similar vibration, an exchange unfolds. When you are conscious about what it is that you want to give and to receive, the exchange is amplified. Be conscious of what you bring to water and feel what it brings to you.
Water is an element that flows through you, that recalibrates, harmonizes, rebalances, heals, transmutes and grounds, but do not look past its wisdom. Do not look past the wisdom that is carried in the water from me (Gaia), from my very core. Remember my inherent connection to Source, as is true of each of your inherent connections to Source. This is a level of interconnectedness that expands beyond humanity, and that truly does reach into the level of spiritual, energetic and emotional interconnection that exists between all consciousness, all sentient beings.

We are present our dear ones. We are the Council of the Guardians of the Light.
We are a large, energetic conglomerate of light who has long been a steadfast spiritual ally and guardian to humanity and to the many Beings, energies, and councils who stand with and by humanity. We are here, our dear ones, to bring clarity, to bring reassurance, and as always to bring guidance. This guidance is always provided and offered whether or not you are aware of us and whether or not you actively ask for guidance.
We wish for you to know that we are like all energies, we are connected to Source. We are an active conglomerate that echoes the light, the energy, and the love of Source. It is an energy that is manifested into action and the way in which this guidance is received within the hearts of humanity is through epiphanies, realizations, and action. And understand that first, the way in which the energies are received within the human psyche, within the human consciousness lands as an energy. For some, it is a realization. For some, it is a knowing. And for many others, particularly those who are clairsentient and empathic, it is a feeling. However, these energies land within you, know that they are seeds of energy that provide insight and guidance, and how that guidance takes hold and manifests within each of you is different.
Energies are Seeds of Consciousness
What we wish for you to understand is that all energies are seeded at the unconscious and through a variety of different means, they surface and emerge at the conscious level. How they connect into consciousness depends on the individual, their openness and their willingness to open up to and to recognize these energies. But like all seeds, they flourish, they bloom. And they bloom in a variety of different ways. They begin to take shape as energies and as sentiments.
What we wish for you to know is that humanity – and all individuals – are guided by a myriad of energies. Some of these are opposing or oppositional energies. Sometimes they are driven and motivated by the ego which often is guided by fear or seeks to avoid fear. But there are also higher energies, energies that connect into each of you through your Higher-Self, through Source for you are all inherently and innately animated by Source energies.
The ego, our dear ones, is what formulates opinions, views, and reactions. But when one learns to connect into higher consciousness, one shifts away from the influences of the ego, which often serves to divide you through different opinions, through different needs or wants, and divides you through fear and fabricated divisions. When you all learn to recognize how your ego mind shapes you, how it triggers various fears and worries within you, you are then invited to ask yourself what you want and what you need at a higher level. And this is when you move from the realm of ego-based fear into a higher realm of Source centered values and energies. And what we wish for you to know is that for the majority of individuals, what they need, desire and value is far more similar. Most humans strive for peace, harmony, joy and well-being. Those are the inherent values that allow you each to link into higher consciousness.
Thrive in the Energy that Binds You All
When you allow yourself to move away from the ego needs and focus on the values that unite humanity, you understand that these divisions that you over-focus on are quite small. They are ballooned. They are over-emphasized. And it is a power, an inherent ability, that you each have to see and rise above those fabricated ego divisions and to begin to unite, even spiritually and energetically, with all other individuals, regardless of what may divide You. On the surface, you understand that at an energetic level, you have always been and will always be united through common energies. The common energy is the very fabric that consists of the backbone of all universal energy. It is unity consciousness. It exists and flows through each of you, uniting and binding you through love. How that love manifests and is interpreted and experienced can be through the common desire for peace, harmony, justice, dignity, compassion, love and acceptance among many other values. When you learn to focus on the values that you all need and want, you understand the inherent connection that exists within humanity.
It is learning to rise above those manufactured divisions which are quite prominent at this time, and understanding that throughout the ages, what still exists and what will continue to exist is the very fabric of humanity that will always win the day. When you pare away that fear, you understand that what each and all of you want is the same. You are all equally deserving of love, and that it is the fear that you each hold within you that creates this division, but that fear is simply an echo of the recognition that in some moments there has been an absence of love, or rather an absence to recognize love. Step beyond what the ego mind would have you believe, and step into this higher realm of shared values, shared needs, wants and desires – desires that have long reigned within the human consciousness. By standing together and fighting for your own rights, for your own freedoms, for justice, not only for you at an individual level, but fighting for the values that all of humanity deserve and desire, you will learn to stand together as a people regardless of political ideology, of nationhood, or of anything else that may serve to separate you.
You are a human race who shares an energy, and the energy that flows within each of you is what you perpetuate and gift to humanity and all those around you. So it is important in every moment where you are feeling unsettled or divided or at odds with those around you, to look into their hearts, to see the light and the humanity within them and to recognize that each individual who perhaps stands next to you, with you, or on the opposite side of a fabricated spectrum, that inherently they are the same. They are the same heart, they are the same light. They too wish to love you and themselves. They too wish to smile back at you. So connect your hearts to the hearts of all others. Allow this energy and this very powerful exercise to be the bond of harmony. For harmony is what you all need.
We are here to amplify this energy. We are here to reinstate it and reinvigorate it within each of you. It is your right to live in peace. It is your desire to live in love, and it is also your want to be joyful and joyous at all times. How you allow yourself to feel that enhances your ability to gift that to others, and in turn, to receive it from others. Remember, our dear ones, what do you sow, you reap. Your values – all that you want – are similar at the energetic level. Allow that to be the bridge that unites and that bonds you.
This is a power and an inherent ability that we are simply here to remind you of, to allow you to remember. It is your choice to live harmoniously and in peace, so learn to connect with that within, and extend that energy to those around you. And you may marvel at what unfolds within this beautiful human collective.
We are with you. We are among you. We are within you. We watch over you, and we are here as your cheerleaders with love and strength.

Our dear ones. We are here. We are a grand collective. We are the Arcturian Council.
We are with you. We have long guided you. We have watched and observed with love, with compassion, providing and offering guidance and support to many of you and to all who open their hearts to this wisdom. We, in many ways, are the echoes of a higher Universal wisdom, a wisdom that we are always pleased and honored to share with you. And a wisdom that we feel that at this point in your evolution, with regards to all that is unfolding at a global level as well as at an individual level, it is a wisdom that is needed.
We wish to remind you all, our dear friends, that the Universal laws that apply to us also apply to you. These laws, though there are many, are in essence quite simple and there is one guiding principle, a Universal law, that we wish to highlight to all of you today.
You Are Infused with Universal Wisdom
It is about the inherent connection that you all have to Source, and that this connection transcends many of your religious beliefs. It is a connection that has always been and that will always be at the core of your very essence, regardless of whether you are incarnate or not, and whether you are in a physical or non-physical experience. It is this Source love that provides you, that grants you unbound access to all the answers, all the guidance that you seek. This inherent connection only requires your conscious awareness that it is always accessible and that it can always be leveraged by each of you. It is a wisdom that, in many ways, is prevalent, available, and accessible through Universal energies. These energies run through you as they are present in the very cosmic web and fabric of all, all existence at a Universal — even at the multiverse levels. It is the sentient energy. It is a high vibrational, loving, intelligent energy that guides all things.
When you open yourself up to the Source connection, you are instantly infused with a higher knowing, and oftentimes this higher knowing lands at the unconscious and subconscious levels, because the degree and sophistication of all of this light and the information and wisdom encoded within this light is sometimes too overwhelming for the conscious mind to absorb, to translate, and to understand. But it is no doubt received at the unconscious level, the unconscious mind, or rather, the unconscious psyche. The energetic field that exists within and around each of you is a large and vast repertoire of Universal wisdom that you can always access and draw upon — and know and trust that it will emerge in your conscious mind. You will become aware of this wisdom when it is right and appropriate for you, when it becomes applicable in your life, but that this access is opened when you hold the conscious intention to receive it and to allow it to flow through you. It is an intelligence that runs through your very Being. It exists in the quantum field, and from there, it flows into the physical field, the energetic, and spiritual field. It is an energy, a wisdom, and intelligence that is contained even at the cellular level. It is the knowing of all knowings that you all have access to and that you are being invited to open your hearts and minds to.
Recognizing Truth from Untruths
This wisdom, our dear ones, contains all the answers to the questions that you seek, whether they be individual questions or whether they be questions or problems that you are facing as a collective. All that you need to know is in your heart, and though many of you still perhaps lean on information as it is echoed from external sources, we wish for you to remember the importance of weighing all information and guidance received from any external source against what feels right and appropriate in your heart, for your heart is always the echo of this higher universal wisdom. When you learn to tune into the truth in your Heart and feel and sense how this truth resonates throughout your body, throughout your being, through your consciousness and your unconsciousness, you become very adept to recognizing when something is resonating as true or perhaps an untruth.
The truth may vary from one individual to the next, but to remember that they will be interpreted and lived by you as an echo of a deeper Universal truth, and the more in alignment your choices, intentions, and decisions are with higher Universal truth, the greater ease of all guidance will flow in and to you; the greater the knowing will be in you. And it will not resonate with you from a place of fear or uncertainty, but it will actually catapult you to an experience and feeling of harmony, balance, unity, and love.
When you feel challenged by information from outside of you, that is in many ways, your intuition, your Higher-Self and your inner knowing telling you that perhaps it is time to temporarily disconnect from some of these outer sources (which may be adding to your confusion), and it is time for you to tune inwards, to listen to your hearts. For remember, the Source connection which is always guaranteed, which always connects you with the higher knowing, that the more open is your heart to receiving this, the greater the truth will be known and felt — experienced — within each of you.
We are here to support you in your alignment towards this higher knowing. It is free conscious guidance. It is divine light and energy which always seeks to guide you through the energy of love. This light and love is what animates you. It should also inspire and guide you.

Hello, our dear ones. We are the Council of Light, and we greet all of you with the highest love. We are always present. We are among you all, and those of you who open your awareness to us, perhaps feel our energy and our presence more strongly.
We never have a shortage of wisdom and messages to share. What we wish to focus on today is how to help you all recognize the greatest teachers in your lives and understand that while there are many teachers — many of those who have ascended the average level of consciousness and teachers who have been with humanity throughout times — these teachers were meant to teach many. And each of you have different teachers in your lives. They may not be well known, but they will always be renowned as long as your soul has opened up to the meaningful presence, energies, and teachings that they bring to your life.
Recognizing the Three Types of Teachers in Your Life
There are three different teachers, and while teachers can bring many lessons, they tend to show up in your lives in very unique ways. And some of these teachers may not always appear through the lens of love. They sometimes may bring bad news. Sometimes they may wear the mask of a rather unpleasant energy, lesson or emotion, but remember that all emotions come as teachers, and all teachers are here to bring a lesson. It is up to them to show up in your life, to interact with you, albeit for a short or for a longer period of time, but it is ultimately up to each of you to question what it is that they were meant to bring to your life, and how you are meant to learn, grow, and expand from those experiences.
The First Teacher Triggers Your Journey
The first type of teacher is sometimes an adversary. And an adversary is one who perhaps shows up and may bring at first an energy of discord, an emotion or a feeling that may initially be experienced by you as frustration, hurt, loss, or rejection. And remember, our dear ones, that although these emotions may be difficult in the moment, they are all destined to catapult you to higher learning. It is those triggers, however they may have been brought on in your life —whether it is one who has disappointed you, one who has perhaps made you feel smaller or belittled — it is those triggers that invite you to look within yourselves, to ask why you have been triggered, how you are meant to overcome these triggers. And it is, in essence, those triggers that reflect to you an area of vulnerability. And this is why it is important to be vulnerable. Because when you open yourself up to being vulnerable, you begin to understand how and where your soul needs to heal. It is those wounds that arise as hurt and vulnerability, yet once you acknowledge those deeper inner wounds, you take the very important journey towards healing, growth, surrender, and letting go.
Remember that those who trigger you are simply here to teach you something, and there may be many individuals who trigger you, perhaps in a different or in similar ways. Recognize these souls not as individuals who come to hurt you, but oftentimes they are here to show you something about yourself that needs to be seen, witnessed, and experienced.
The Second Teacher Helps You Recognize & Release
The second type of teacher is the individual who teaches you how to let go and how to surrender. Sometimes these may be the same teachers that trigger you, but they may entirely represent a different individual or group of individuals, and they are here to encourage you to let go and to surrender, to acknowledge those triggers, to honor and recognize what it is that you need to attain and achieve within yourself. It is the individuals that help you release and remember that there are a number of ways in which you can release. Perhaps it is those who offer a shoulder to cry on an ear when you need to discuss or vent. Sometimes those teachers come as individuals who allow you to temporarily escape the hurt, to laugh, to release in a multitude of ways. Those are the teachers who help you transition from the trigger point to the healing point. They carry you, they hold you, and they uplift you. Oftentimes, these teachers, though they may be present in your life for a short time, they tend to be people who are known as friends, as colleagues, as your support network.
The Third Teacher Helps You Learn & Heal
And, our dear ones, there is a third type of teacher. These teachers often come as the healers. Understand that those who heal are those who allow you to connect to a higher consciousness, to fully integrate within your being the actual lesson that you needed to learn from those inner wounds. For once you acknowledge those wounds, once you learn to release and let them go, you are ready to commence the process of healing. And healing is partly a reflection of your ability to surrender and let go. But true healing comes with the ability to learn; to learn the lesson at hand, to understand what it is that you learned from the hurt, how you have let go of the hurt, and how you then heal by stepping into a higher plane and realm of consciousness.
When you are healed from those triggers, you learn to connect with a higher energy — one that is more neutral to those triggers in the future, or in the very least one that allows you to be more resilient to any triggers. This does not mean that you will never be triggered again. It simply means that when you are triggered, you are going to be able to immediately bridge from the trigger to the release and the healing that is essential.
When you heal, our dear ones, you rise above the initial hurt, and you learn to connect to wisdom within yourself that is always connected to Source. This reminds you of what it is that your soul chose to learn from those triggers. In many ways, these teachers are here to help you journey on the path to higher learning. Healing is one sure way to receive and instill this learning within yourselves.
We will also leave you with this very important message that though loved ones around you may come as teachers at different stages and phases in your learning and growth, we wish for you all to remember that all of those teachers — at an energetic level — are connected to you from a place of love. No matter how they show up, no matter how long they stay, they are here to help awaken the teacher within each of you. For first and foremost, you are all your highest and best teacher to yourselves and the way in which you allow the inner teacher to emerge is by first recognizing that you are always in receipt of wisdom and messages from beyond. The more you open yourself up to these messages, the faster you learn and emerge from any and all hurt and the more quickly you learn to connect with the lessons that your soul has come here to embrace.
We are always present to guide you towards the path of healing. You have all the support, all the tools, and all the resources to expand this learning in a way that serves your highest and greatest good.

Current State of Gaia & Humanity
From our standpoint, we see Gaia as well as the human collective from an energetic standpoint, and what we see as we tune in to Gaia is that there is the experience of chaos — a chaos that exists at the collective level, as well as at the individual level. We understand that this is due not only to individual stressors and experiences, but it is also due to a heightened sense of unrest within the human collective. Our dear ones, what we wish for you to know is that this acute feeling of unrest has before been seen, witnessed, and experienced by humanity. It is important amidst this feeling of chaos that you learn to connect with peace within yourselves. The more that you connect to inner peace, the more this is broadcast throughout the human collective. We also wish for you to know that humanity is capable of achieving a great many things — peace and love — and that this is often reached through higher consciousness and the ability to see each other and all that unfolds on Earth through a higher lens, one that does not focus on the details that may be creating distress and unease in your realm, but learning rather to see the ongoing love, peace, and harmony that remain.
Though we do see chaos within the human collective, we will also say that we have also seen a tremendous growth in light, a tremendous evolution within so many of you, one that is catching on and that is spreading throughout the human collective. But like all evolution, this sometimes must push through a time of great polarization, and the ability of those who polarize towards the light to hold that light within themselves and for all around them becomes increasingly important.
A Guided Peace Meditation
As such, we are here to guide you through a meditation, one that you can take on together, and one that perhaps you can practice when you are feeling and experiencing the chaos. This meditation and exercise will allow you each to bring and infuse light into your own hearts. But more importantly, it is going to infuse much needed light, harmony, and equanimity within the human collective as it is also experienced within Gaia.
We will invite you all in this moment to be still, to close your eyes and simply tune into the light at your core. This light is reflective of your essence, of the vibration of unconditional love that is inherent within each and all of you.
Tune into this light, see into your heart and begin to be aware of the beautiful, brilliant gold, white, and green light that exists at the core of your heart chakra. Focus in on this light. Begin to see it brightening and intensifying and learn to expand this light in a way that now engulfs your entire energetic field.
Within this gold, white, and green light, there is divine, peaceful, harmonious energy. And the green light is very much akin to your heart chakras, which are also an emerald green by nature.
Green energy and green light is inherent to the heart chakra because it represents the energy of love, but it also through the energy of love, it carries healing potential. And as such, we are now going to invite you to focus on this beautiful green light in your heart and see that this light has now encompassed and engulfed your entire energetic field.
We invite you to hold your hands out in front of your heart and envision holding a small replica of Gaia in your hands. Cup her gently and begin to project and beam some of this beautiful green, gold, and white light from your heart onto Gaia. And begin to see how intense this energy becomes as it surrounds Gaia. And see Gaia become illuminated by this green, gold, and white light.
Envision this light gently swirling within her and all around her and hold the intention that you are sending her peace, upholding her in the energy of harmony and peace for Gaia, and for all those who express themselves upon her.
As you begin to visualize this beautiful green, golden light within and all around her, imagine that you are gently washing away all the chaos and ask the Divine light and Source to simply sweep away that chaos so that it may be dissipated and dissolved into the Divine light. As this old energy is swept away, continue to project and visualize this beautiful light within and around Gaia.
Embed the intention that all upon her experience peace, harmony, joy and love, and understand that this is the inherent birthright of all Beings by virtue of their inherent connection to Source, to Universal Consciousness, to Unity Consciousness.
Continue to feel and experience this harmony, knowing that when you feel it, it is naturally felt by all around you and by all who are the recipients of your conscious intentions as they are beamed through this light.
This, our dear ones, is a meditation, a practice, and an exercise that you can do for yourselves, for a loved one, for any and all collectives, and for Gaia and all upon her. Simply see this light intensifying and brightening, and know that it is this light that is naturally encoded with the potential for higher consciousness, a better and overall more harmonious experience.
Know and trust that by virtue of this practice, you have helped to raise the frequency of all and that you have simply gifted the experience of peace and harmony. It is that simple, and this is a testament to the power of your own energy and your own intentions, and you have learned how to use those in tandem.
